57I went home with my order, I opened my Cheese & Bacon Fillet burger to find no lettuce on it. Lucky I had some lettuce in the fridge.
Terrible service. Bad attitude of staff. We ordered dine in. Came as take away Chips are soggy.
Lot of opportunities to improvements.
I didn't eat KFC, was getting it got someone else. I find KFC too greasy. And since they took away tomatoesfrom their menu, I used to eat their chicken tender wrap with pepper mayo but without the tomato, the balance is way off. SoI'm done with KFC personally!
Bought ate went yep not doing that again for a long time no flavour definitely not like I remember and I was with someone and they had the same opinion talked to some others and same the KFC at the market place tastes better apparently sorry don't normally put a downer on a business but please go back to what you use to do food with flavour
Food was great, but store was messy - overflowing bin inside, sticky table and staff was very flat
I actually had the most Christmas delicious chicken here in a while so I think they re picked up the game if not one thing
As per usual I requested coleslaw replace potatoes and gravy and did not receive the coleslaw. This is a very normal happening at your establishments
Loved the yummy chicken tenders. Sadly was told we had a 10min wait for tenders but waited closer to 20mins in car park however nice fresh tenders so was worth the wait.
Where do I begin. What a joke this place is. Custome service isn't even a concept here. Seriously your better off going to red roster
Didn't really like it, guess I'm just not a fan of KFC anymore, zinger was good but the rest was below average.my luv affair with KFC is finally over. Oh well
The food was very hot and fresh around 2pm, although I had to wait to order for a long time when there weren't a lot of people in the store
Very quick they need to take more care in food prep it's hardly ever fresh, and checking orders been without things in our order 3 times in a row now
If my partner and I could give 0 stars we would.
My partner and I work full time, I spent round $80 at this joint, with not only missing items from my order that I PAID for, we have both now got food poising.
Tip:
Make sure your staff are keeping sanitised and clean.

Very sad that you have to wait 20 minutes when there are only 3 cars in the driveway, order then wait 10 minutes for the boom gate to open … when you get to the window the girl will not even acknowledge that you even exist ….
Worst designed driveway in the existence of driveway takeaway … more than 5 cars and you cut off the exit for the Caltex next door … who ever designed this was a total dunce …

A busy store but the staff do all they can do serve every customer correctly. Few mistakes in the order but nothing that you cant ignore.
Got it for the kids who all love the Zinger Box, I prefer Hungry Jacks so went straight there after collecting the kids food.
Disgusting Customer service and food was cold like came from fridge including chips was soggy. KFC needs to train the staff properly because they don’t know how to serve the customer in busy period it doesn’t justify the value of money spent by customers. P. S I hope they should see this comment and take action appropriately otherwise it’s just a poem for them because big brands don’t bother small comments.
Ordered a tender box, waited for 15 minutes for them to make the person in front us food, they did our food first and left it sitting there for a while, when we finally got our food, it was cold, they could of just put the people in front of us in a parking bay, hopeless. And the tenders were as small as nuggets.
Always fresh food and tasted delicious. Guy manager or shift runner there was swearing his head off about some menu log bag or something.but didn't ruin the food or vibe
