KFC Mt Barker

Food quality is always acceptable however I can't seem to buy from here and have all my meal included. Always something forgotten.

This store is yet to be updated with self ordering screens, you order at the counter, I frequently visit this store which has always been clean with great service and have yet to give me a wrong order.

Always been a big fan of KFC, went into the mount barker store and got served raw chicken me and others got sick by eating a tiny bit before releasing, manager gave us attitude when we asked for a refund and didn’t want too give us a refund or anything.

I haven't been here for 8-10 months because they kept messing up my order. I thought I'd give them another go and hey, what do you know? They messed up again.

Went 3 time's now keep messing up orders no receipt except you to pay more and argue. I just went for another order and they got the order wrong again that is 4 times now

We find Mt Barker KFC consistently good. On Sunday there were some very young staff & an error with the order. The manager was gracious & helpful when feedback was provided. Recommended.

Neat and clean venue, which is a pleasant change to some of the fast food places in town. Even the toilets were clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I tried the snack size chicken popcorn, which was quite tasty and good value. Would be good if there was the option to add a few fries for an additional $1 as Hungry Jacks do.
Would also be great if there was good coffee on offer.

Sonny is such a lifesaver. Was very polite with my aged mom and helped in whatever way he could — from ordering to serving her with water. Very grateful.

This KFC is often flat out, the food always seems to be freshly cooked and waiting times can vary depending on when you arrive however staff are always nice and apologetic if you've had to wait a few minutes.

I've not eaten in but drive through is good

I go here once a week, Consistently ask for sauce and extra salt on the chips, is always forgotten. Otherwise the food is good, quick and we’ll constricted.

Your chips aren’t crispy, they are usually soggy

Also what you consider “extra salt”, is actually just how much you should normally be seasoning your chips

Good location, plenty of parking, easy and quick ordering process - I was in and out in under 10 mins.

If i could put minus 5 i would, this place was very bad, there was no original recipe chicken and the survey that would supposedly give you free chips would only be redeemed by buying something for 4.95, it’s a con basically.we are all very dissatisfied and will not be visiting this kfc ever again.

How hard is it to get an order right. For a KFC, asked for extra salt, got no salt, asked for chips instead of potato gravy, got potato gravy. Ordered online.

Unfortunately when you hire children it shows.

Sorry but you have a bad service, the people trying to give you your meal are way too stressed. They gave me someone else's order by mistake, I paid via the KFC app and even the cashier got mixed up because you do not have the same person running it (eg.the cashier and the speaker box). Fix the problem, if someone pays for there meal they should receive it. You need to upgrade the service like Macca's or HJ. Have a computer screen showing the order and the car from which it came from. SIMPLE. Even waited over 30 mins before you took my order number.

This has by far been the best KFC restaurant I have been to out of the others ranging from Munno para to The Riverland. The drive-thru as clean from debris and trash as well as the car park. The zinger burger was absolutely amazing with the perfect amount of mayonnaise spread around the bun so you have equal flavour. The chicken was oversized which was exciting to see and the overall flavour combined with the lettuce tasted brilliant. The original recipe burger my friend ate had overflowing lettuce so some was left out but they also recommended it. The chips had enough salt and flavour that it should be considered a food prize winner of 2022 with the right temperature at serve and neither over or under cooked! Overall I would certainly recommend this KFC outlet to all my colleagues and will definitely keep this trip in mind.

Just like any other KFC.teenage attendant at all points of contact, not keen to be there but the food is what brings you there anyway! Food was as it should be.

Fast and delicious as always. Nice, friendly staff too. Restaurant was clean service was great.

Chips we not salted, obviously an oversight. Used the drive-thru so did not know about the unsalted chips until at home.
Otherwise service and the rest of the order were fine.

I'm sorry to the manager on the 17/6 on Thursday night. I said something really insensitive and hurtful that at the time I thought was funny. It wasnt funny at all actually. People don't deserve to be treated like that. Thankyou.
