Caitlyn was amazing through drive thru. They were closing in a few minutes but she was very accommodating. She knew the menu and prices and delivered with a smile. You have a brilliant team member. Rare to get quick friendly service in drive thru. Thank you! Nominate for employee of the year:)

Very fresh chicken, all though they had “no more chicken” when I came at 5: 30pm, a bit odd.

I can not recommend this kfc more. Chips absolutely slap every time I go, so much salt and so fresh. I am never disappointed with my order, and tonight, I got given TWO go buckets when I only ordered one️? Guys I love your work at Kfc Mitcham, best kfc I have ever been to. Love it so much I inspire all my friends to get food from here, you guys never miss. Keep on seasoning them chips and seasoning the way into heart. Warmest regards for the workers at Kfc mictham?

What you ordered never ends up in the bag. Disorganised and literally make you do a lap.what kind of system is that!

Silly me for giving this place another chance. Stale roll, old and soggy chips. Inedible. The 1 star is for the can of solo that was at least cold.

One other person in the store and the service was impressively slow for a dollar drink. The new layout of the store is pretty sleek and there is borderline no contact with anyone if you pay and order via the screen. I miss the humanity that comes with my kfc meal great for covid though

Get KFC once in a blue moon and this place is always terrible and reminds me not to come back here. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC worst one in Adelaide

It is great, they have just had renovations done and it is so much nicer. Easier to order and more comfortable seating. Highly recommend people to go there. The food is the best too. Very happy with everything about the store.

Asked for extra chicken salt on my chips and instead they gave me cold chips in a half filled box with next to no salt at all.

Terrible experience, they constantly forget items you've ordered. Katelyn the Manager then tells you to call the number to let them know but guess what - the phone hasn't worked in weeks. Katelyn shouldn't be in Management.

The store manager stands next to the chips and allows me to be served soggy under cooked and over salted chips? Wow amazing effort.

Staff are too eager to talk over you when you use the drive through. Often leave items out of your order as they rush around and chat with each other. Always check what is in your bag once they hand it to you. They also are very quick to shut the drive through window on you, making it difficult to get their attention if you are missing anything.

Bad lazy service, ordered family meal find my self ends with a bucket of drumsticks although I clearly required a mix

They're a normal KFC, but their EFTPOS dies on a regular basis. Seem to need some investment to keep going.

Dont order by menulog. Twice now order 'ON ITS WAY'. Never turned up either time. If the restaurant cant fill order should just call. Waited hour to two hours each time. A refund from menulog after i have called them doesnt help hungry kids and now its 9pm. AGAIN

Dry chicken. Cold chips. Forgot our drink. Had to wait in busy line for drink. So all our food was cold and dry.
Tried to tell server. She turned her back to me. Very rude

Nothing to complain about. Good service and good food. Never takes too long and always the right size food or even bigger.

This is the KFC, I go to the most. Good food, nice service and fast. This is one fantastic KFC.

Very occasionally the chicken is old and dry or cooked in old burned oil. They have never go an order wrong in store or through drive through

Wednesday night we decided to try KFC again at Mitchan SA. Nothing has changed, chicken was over cooked and old, the 2 three piece boxes where almost that you could not eat them and most finished in our rubbish bin, one piece of chicken was only as big as a golf ball, this made me quite angry paying good money for very poor takeaway as we are both in our 70’s and on the pension. Never again will we get take away. Our customer number was 677 on the 24th of March. We are not looking for a refund nor replacement product because we might get the same sh&&t
