KFC Marion Mall Food Court

Very disappointed. Went to order food today, I only like original chicken pieces and they had none in stock! ‍️
How can a KFC outlet not have the food they are famous for! It’s like going into a Fish n Chip shop and being told they don’t have fish.

I got an original twister wrap, asked for no slaw and just lettuce but got home and had slaw in my wrap!

There was a bright green haired girl there who was extremely rude when making and giving out orders. She was talking to fellow customers as if we inconveniencing her! Food was good though. Nice and fresh.

Everything about my zinger box was perfect. The ratio between the bun, lettuce, zinger and the white sauce was the most amazing thing to ever enter my digestive system. The chips were extremely crispy and crunchy, along with the wings overpowering my mind with its juiciness and size. I’m usually not a fan of potato and gravy, but this was different. This made me nearly as happy as 2018 prime Fortnite

Covid over kill with seating way overcooked dry burnt to a crisp chicken simply revolting and only place to do it justice was the rubbish bin

A lovely atmosphere and friendly service made for a lovely casual lunchtime dining experience! We also enjoyed our meals.
This was at the Astor Hotel in Pulteney Street, Adelaide.

Slow service and little proactive kitchen work. Chips were undercooked and unsalted. Poor effort for a KFC.

A little birdy told me braydos is leaving kfc: (this will be impacting my frequency of coming to this store because he was one of my favs.at least lil b and kados (and issy) will still be working otherwise i would be forced to never return!: (

KFC outside of marion is better in my experiences. Last couple of visits here, incorrect order and it was a small order.
Plus it's always so busy with school kids, just avoid the area.

Customer Service

Ok yesterday I was here to order my food
I asked for the Go Bucket and when I didn't hear the girl ask "Is there a drink with that" she asked again in a disgusting tone of voice asking the same question
Now I have trouble possessing sentences in my head and when she spoke to me like that, it scared me
This girl needs to be taught how to talk to people in a kind and respectful matter

It's just common sense and respect and that is the basics of customer service

In conclusion: this girl was very rude and didn't give me time to order a frozen drink and assumed I was finished with my order

Good service. We were able to get our order within 5 minutes. Burgers are as small as your hand, but that was expected. If you're thirsty, avoid getting the OJ, because it's just as small as the burgers. Aside from those, the burgers tasted good and the chips were thoroughly salted. It sucks that this place is on the opposite end of the shopping centre from where we usually go, though.

Girl that served me was very rude, but yummy snac pak made by lily and liam, very tasty she is so kind shes deserves pay rise haha shes amazing!

You really need to be familiar with the line up protocol. Bottles only, no cans, they do cups of drink. Otherwise an efficient kfc.

It looks tired, and could use an update. Some of the stores are quite overpriced for what their product is

This restaurant is the pinnacle of fast food. I've been eating there for 2+ years and they have served me consistent and perfect orders without fault. The staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. 5/5

Chicken was chewy, very oily and chips was soggy. That’s not really KFC standard since I am regular customer.

Worst customer service. Did not take my order properly. The staff took down my order wrong and did not bother to fix my order after complaining.
