KFC Hindley Street

Don't ever by KFC from this store. I travelled from Alice Springs to attend hospital. My partner said that she would like some KFC so we went to the Hindley Street Store during lunch time and bought 6 pieces of chicken. Worst choice we ever made. The customer service was poor and the chicken was the worst I have ever had anywhere by a longshot. The chicken was dark, very dry, tasted bland and was probably cooked the night before and just reheated. Disgusting.

Standard KFC. I accidentally ordered on the app to the wrong location and they weren't able to transfer my order over. I had to walk to Rundle Street.

The best thing, is to order through the kiosk. It makes it faster for the kitchen to attend to your order, other than over the counter. Buy Tongue twister bowl (it is the HEALTHIEST option in their menu).

Staff really don't give two fks about the customers. Standing there talking while someone's waiting to be served and when the app doesn't work the heffa of a manager is just dismissive and say it's not their problem.

Hey, guess what I discovered in Adelaide? The KFC there seems to be a bit stingy. Their burgers are not as big as they are in other places. Like, seriously, they're way smaller here.

Just a typical KFC store. Always my go to for weekend nights when I just want something go eat while watching movies at home. Decent flavor, and staffs. Nothing really special except sometimes they have some good discounts and deals

As it's becoming common, you purchase something in the auto service and end up with an alternative product. They never have the full menu.

Had my usual order that I tend to grab from KFC, and it was pretty good. They do cheese on the bun, instead of between the fillets in a Stacker though. Other than that, really good!

Your chips where old brown and yuck. The tenders dry gross and half the size. My salad was not very nice. The teenage boys running the shop were very unprofessional the hair not in nets or hats. All gathering around the boy serving. Food quality 0 service 0

No toilets here it's no good when you have 3 children that want or need the toilet. The floors where greasy the tables where filthy. The food took 5 minutes to be ready. Witch was fairly long wait for fast food. The only good thing was the lady who served me polite helpfull

Absolutely excellent service by the KFC manager phoenix, she was so professional and quick to follow up an incident, wonderful people skills, excellent management decisions and very efficient - could not be happier

I purchased the $4.95 hot and crispy boneless meal deal. It was appallingly bad. Of the 2 small chicken portions, one was a tiny piece of brown chicken and white fat in batter. The other was a small chicken wing with 2 bones in. I queried with the staff member who said one piece always has a bone in.unbelievable. What part of ' boneless ' means 50% bone. It was the most disgusting KFC I've ever had. Presumably the owners think that they can get away with this on Hindley street. They're probably right. Who's going to complain to Trading Standards about 5 buck afternoon meal. Well I won't ever go again and hope I've warned others

The wurst service ever, ignorant staff. Cold hard chicken burger hard and cold chips. It was that bad i Couldn't Couldn't eat it, told them it wasn't edable, no reply got up and walked out. Disappointed KFC.

Imagine it’s 11pm and you’ve had a few. All you want is a zinger box. Imagine being a 17 year old w pork one your first job- and how fricking hard is it to count to THREE wicked wings, NOT 2, and include the potato and gravy like the damn basic inclusion instructions insist. I got one zinger box, 2 wicked wings, no potato and gravy. Now I’ve been over charged, under delivered, and hardly surprised. Thanks a heap. And it’s not worth my time walking all the way back there to complain.

Is KFC. If you want KFC, go here, if not, then don't. Inside feels like a Liminal Space simulation, and that is about the only unique feature.

Most days there is 1 person on front counter, taking orders banging food. They seem to be reluctant to ask for help and results in long wait times

Under staffed is the main issue! Only rostering one person on the counter at peak lunch hour.resulting in over 10 minute wait.

Expecting the worst based on reputation and reviews, I was surprised that the food was some of the freshest I've had from a KFC ever! On a quiet Saturday afternoon, I was kinda expecting the worst, but got the opposite. Impressed/10.

Very dirty tables and chairs. Not once did I notice any staff member come out and clean anywhere in the store.

Had a life changing urination in the ladies bathroom. 10/10.i thought mcdonald’s were the ones with the radioactive sprite but there was something in the kfc lemonade that added a few years to my life and a few hairs to my chest.i really recommend your next toilet stop to be at Hindley KFC
