We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 crispy chicken burgers 2 large chips and nuggets for the dog we got home the burgers were zingers this was hendon SA I then rang to complain the girl told me they were not zingers I said they are spicy she told me no they are not they have a bit pepper I said they are spicy she told me no i served you they were not spicy well I was the one eating it the chips were gross never ever again absolute garbage bought uber eats at crazy prices and they don't ever give you the right order missing chips missing burgers never again they need to employ more than kids it's expensive rubbish

It was a very fun and tasteful experience the staff are very polite when they service you and food is always a perfect temperature

Sunday Lunch 12pm (29/10/23)

We thought we’d try this place since Pt Adelaide always screw up our order. The atmosphere and new store layout was nice, and yeah bumping Dom Dolla and Lil Durk wins points for me, but the poor food, service and staffing far outweighed this and ruined my experience.

We went to order out there front, and yeah the was only one girl working up there. They should’ve rostered at least another person on the front so we could get served. We were unable to get served as a result so we set on a plan B and hit the drive thru. We had to wait like 20 minutes just for drumsticks (we got giant feast, ordering for 7 people) and we were starving. We finally got the food long overdue, but when we got home to eat it, the box for the drumsticks was oily at the bottom, and the crispy coated skin just fell off the chicken. Nuggets and chips were edible, nothing spectacular. I got sick soon after and stayed sick for hours. Sore stomach, nausea, headache, fatigue, hard to walk. You name it. Not coming back.

Lesson learned; if it ain’t broken don’t fix it. Sticking with Pt Adelaide.

The worst kfc meal ever. The chicken was totally covered in oil and a brown colour stained the table.

They got our order wrong but did look at the transaction later and replaced the missing items.
Service was slow but the drive thru was busy.

All the self serve machines are always broken.
No staff to serve and the staff they do have are completely useless.
I watched an Employee struggle to put together a Go Bucket for nearly 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. There were like 3 orders on the screen.

Best KFC Everthing was tasty the team members made it fast and were very polite and the atmosphere was incredible compared to other KFC stores.

Rude girl, paid for a box meal didnt get what should had to be in the order, more reviews saying food missing ring dont answer.avoid going here

This has got to be the worst kfc I’ve have ever been too, the staff are always clueless and have no idea what they are doing, the store itself is new but the dining room is always dirty and greasy and food always tastes off. I live very close by but I’d rather go out of my way to port Adelaide or Fulham kfc just for a better food and service

Treated ourselves to some junk food tonight. Got the giant feast. Drove through said run out of coleslaw (8: 20pm) fair enough got bread rolls instead, asked for fresh chips. Every minute counts when you get fresh or sitting in the warmer for 5 minute chips. Got home. No potato and gravy and chips cold and terrible. Tried to ring the store, phone is disconnected. So drove back to get fresh chips and my potato and gravy. “Sorry no potato and gravy” so got a tub of gravy as the replacement, well 2 x small ones…. This store has it all wrong. Seriously. The chicken colour is too dark and no flavour. So dissapointed. To the girl who needs to learn some basic customer service. Just apologise and replace it. She was defensive. I didn’t stuff up the order and run out of food, you did. Do yourself a favour and go straight to the Port adelaide, this is our 2nd visit since opening and they still can’t get it right….

On the 2nd of august at 7 pm i went through the drive through and received the best service i have ever experienced. I hope the young lady has a prosperous and successful life!

Extremely Disappointed with Recent Experience (09/08/2023)

I regret to say that my recent visit to your establishment was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a Zinger box and 3 pieces of hot and spicy chicken via the drive-through, and the experience was far from satisfactory.

To begin with, the wrong food items were provided, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the chips that came with the order were saturated and overly greasy, making them practically inedible. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the quality of the chicken and the burger. Both the chicken and the burger seemed as if they had been sitting for several days, as the taste and texture were far from fresh.

As someone who has enjoyed KFc food in the past, this experience was truly disheartening. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the combination of incorrect items, subpar fries, and the unappetizing state of the main items has left me quite dissatisfied.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the quality of your offerings and the accuracy of your orders.

It was absolutely horrible we went there and stayed for 20 minutes and then we asked why did it take so long the manager Tyla laughed at us she also laughed at the car behind us because he also asked why it took so long she rolled her eyes at him and us I wouldn’t be surprised if it shut down and they should definitely get a better manager

If I could give this 0 stars I would I went there to get a meal and waited for over an hour to get literally nothing, worst customer service and the store is run by teenagers getting paid to do nothing, the manager tyla wasn’t helpful in the situation and laughed at me for complaining about waiting for over an hour, I would never go there again and don’t recommend to anyone else

Waited in line 30 mins with no customers at all. Tyler the 'Manager’ laughed when I questioned what took so long! The food was disgusting and Tyler needs to have an attitude adjustment and get a new job! Never going back the worst KFC in Adelaide.
Shut it down! They will kill someone with food poisoning because they don’t care.

Just had the worst night of my life thanks. Will send ya the water bill considering I had to flush the toilet 20 times overnight.

Got two take away zinger boxes. Took 20 minutes to get prepared then when I got home, one box didn't have chicken and the other missing chips.
Tried to call but couldn't find any contact number, that's why I'm leaving this review.

Food and cooking oil was dirty grey-brown in colour and tasted stale. The oil in my engine looks cleaner. Threw most of the order in the bin. Disgusting!
