KFC Golden Grove

Been there for Drive through order. Its good. It is has a good amount of traffic in peak hours

Yucky burnt chicken that tastes like old oil.
Staff are nice but food quality is lacking.

Family of 3, spent $45 on dinner. Ran out of fillets, plus a 20 minute wait for food.

Despite this, was give a SINGLE tomato sauce pot for two kids and myself, and told I'd have to pay extra for sauce for our meals!

Awful customer service.

Ordered 10 nuggets and got 6. If you cant count to 10 you should not have a job, even at KFC! Staff are rude and can't handle peek times

As a person who eats out regularly, it should not be legal for someone to wait 30 minutes just for some chicken.

Food cold forgot food didn’t get all what I paided got thing’s missing rang 47 times would not pick up they were not busy No customer s at 4.30om or drive through ignored calls today and tonight very disgusting behaviour!

If i could post without a star rating it would be a 0 from me and everyone i was with. We went the other night (not even close to closing time) and placed our order only to be told they didn't have any zingers, only 8 wings left (old I might add), no popcorn chicken and that they could only supply chicken tenders.

The reason for this was because they where closing soon so they stopped cooking. When asked what time as the website states 12am they said 11: 30 this was 2hrs away.

We didn't get offered any discount or anything.

This is really bad service and we where very disappointed. The food was disgusting and you could tell they had stopped cooking way before we got there.

We also put in a complaint and haven't heard anything back.

Just bought a large Zinger box hot & spicy. But it’s a regular no spicy. Can I have the $3 back please.

Arrived at 11: 20pm, drive through closed, doors locked and was told they were closing at 11: 30pm. Was multiple cars wanting to order food that were unable to. (Loss of money for the restaurant)

Since i cant add a new review I will edited the more favourable one I posted 3 yrs ago.today 21.1.23 I ordered family meal, according the kfc website delivery time 5.31, guy rocked up 5.46 and the meal was cold, the chicken over cooked.

I would love to give zero this time but no option for that. Chicken was dry. I feel discriminated because i order zinger crunch twister. They gave me twister in my hand. No bag, no tissues. Before me there is a woman, she had also ordered twister. They gave her bag, tissues. Why? STOP DOING RACISM. This is not first time.

Not had a good experience as there was an insect in the burger. Cleaniness should be taken care of.

The new self serve design is average to say the least. Cumbersome menus that are not intuitive. Have to add individual items to make a meal. Looks like it's designed to get you to order through the app or go drive thru. Yuck!

Unfortunately the staff here are incompetent and you need to check your order EVERY single time! 4 out of 4 times I've taken the kids and the order has been messed up.

Had the worst chicken tastes for first time from this place
Chickens were dripping with dark brown oil, hard as rock, no diff to coles chickens
Waiting was about 20 mins to get this creepy chickens

Chicken in the burger was cold, chips tasted off (not fresh or hot) and had no salt on them. Staff need customer service training.

Online order and pickup. Very quick service and all the chicken was fresh and tender. Burgers well prepared, not slopped together like I have had elsewhere

So funny reading the bad reviews where people were missing items from their order. I am one of those people that got ripped off also. I actually emailed KFC and got the automated response that they will get back to me. Pfft no response but they did send me a survey. Order from this store at your own risk

Staff always friendly and suggest cheaper way to get a meal, foods always been served quickly and hot.
