Always super clean inside restaurant. Spacious and reasonably easy access. Great location.
Excellent cooks. Friendly service.

Staff needs a refresher on customer service.
I asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces, willing to pay by card. 60 each, was told the EFTPOS was not working and was asked to drive around again and order. I have no issues with tech not working but to spend more than $30.00 on the meal and to be spoken to in a condescending manner is not done.

KFC GLENELG hands down the worst service in Adelaide, infact there is no service.
Thought we would give it a go again (fourth time) all 4 times we walk in stand at the counter and wait and wait while 3 workers eat chips straight out from where the customers chips are scooped up from.

I timed the wait till nearly 4 minutes and not once did the 3 workers acknowledge that we were there nor even a simple "hi" and the exact same thing had happened 3 out of our 4 visits and all times we were the only people in the store.
If KFC management were to look back on their camera 25/02/2023 around 10pm they would see not only how poor the service/no service was but how rude it is to have your back turned for such a long period of time whilst unhygienically feeding out of the warmer.

Obviously once I had enough of what I was experiencing I tried to tell them how wrong the situation was but it's possible 2 of the workers were to young to understand and the manager had absolutely no idea how to deal with the issue which was simple, just serve me and have your chat and chips once you sort out the people who are paying (customers)

The tiled floors look and feel like they have been moped with mop they cleaned the deep fryer up with

Outdoor seating had a layer of dust and the cushioned seating had brown dead lettuce everywhere and the bin spilling out that bad with rubbish you could throw your wrappers on the floor and not tell the difference.

On a funny note, if you go to this KFC you will see there is a door bell at the entrance. I suggest you press the door bell several times to and you will get someone's attention BUT it took me 3 presses just to have a worker peek through a small gapwhile he waves his hands in the air.

I would be taking a guess but it would not surprise me if that store was running at a loss or it would have less profit then any other store in Australia

Also I gauretee alot of people have experienced the same nothing.

KFC management (not instore manager) you need to sort this store out even re train whoever is running the place. That's if any KFC leader will even be bothered reading my review

I am more then disgusted especially the fact it happens everytime.
I certainly will never step foot in that store again and neither will my sons

Sat at drive through waiting to be served. Had to go up to window in front and knock to be served

Quick and great service only downside is the drive through is a bit tight for larger vehicles.

It amazes me how they can get the order wrong EVERY time I have been here!

The standard of the food at this particular KFC is also way below the standard at any other KFC.

It was hard to be there on a Friday night! Super busy and people were vomiting and smoking and biky gangs were super loud

Very slow service inside, took them 20 mins for my order while 8 cars hot through the drive through. I get they have to move the car through quickly but waiting 20 mins was a bit stupid

The lady with extended eyelashes on that served me an online order 2038 at 5: 27, you need to learn customer service. I would review you in minus if I had an option.

I would forget about the ice cold soggy chips if you had a better customer service. The worst kfc I have ever visited.

Website said closes soon however when i went to go through drive thru it was already closed a good half hour before scheduled to, am i missing something the website isnt showing

Third time in a row they've got my order wrong. Ordered 3 piece meals, only got 2 pieces on 2 occasions, no bread and mashed potatoes on 2 occasions, wouldn't recommend

I do enjoy KFC. Glenelg is a well staffed, fresh food restaurant. It's my go to KFC in that area.

Speedy service at peak hour 7pm on a Friday. Fresh chicken and nice staff throughout the experience

When i order 2 drumsticks and a potato and gravy, drive away to find given 2 large frie s and potato do you think i should Ever return.
Once again they cannot get it right!

Sub par service. The female that served me could use an attitude check. If I wanted my change thrown at me I would have asked. And also the staff were reluctant to serve anyone up front. Only wanted to serve drive through. Could give 0 stars if I could

Friendly staff where as service efficiency could have been better.

Covid Marshall should have been talking to customers to wear mask, especially the 'Uber drivers'.
Not signing in on QR codes and getting attention before service on customers who have been waiting for long time.
Drive through was faster while we stand in store.
Had to leave for a meal elsewhere.
Hence the 3 stars and that's been kind.

After I ordered my zinger box meal from there they called the cops on me because I was wearing my balacanva for covid reason they think I was going to rob kfc bunch of weak fams

Staff could be a but more friendly but okay not rude possibly bad day.food was good though you know sometimes KFC is a bit greasy.lovely area and good parking

Fastest service I have seen in any KFC. Brilliant and friendly staff. And last but definitally not least the greatest chicken!

It's a typical KFC.food was good, staff friendly, working out the driveways and parking was a hastle. Order was correct. Just your a typical KFC
