KFC Fulham Gardens

Very disappointing KFC coating was a little soggy not the usual crispy chicken that I know and love.

I tried to order and the Amelia girl said we were prank calling when my kid was rudely interrupting me don't recommend this place

Can your staff actually look at whats included in each meal? Everytime i go to kfc (not just this store) theres no sauce.

I tried to order but the workers their were just sitting their and talking knowing I was waiting also their self service thing was also not working

I got a Zinger Bacon and Cheese box to cope with my depression after my husband's cancer diagnosis. I get home, start to eat and I realise theres no Cheese on my burger. DONT CALL IT A ZINGER BACON AND CHEESE IF THERES NO CHEESE. ITS A ZINGER BACON. I WANT MY FIFTY CENTS BACK! ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL HELP WITH THE CANCER TREATMENT FUNDS!

Ordered a 3 pc box only had 2 pc was cold and the handle fell off when I picked the box up,

Ordered a zinger box.the wicked wings were tiny and weren’t crispy at all the chips were RANK and weren’t seasoned properly. The food tasted off and not fresh. I have never been to this kfc before and I wish it stayed that way. Won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend

I've given this KFC multiple chances and I've never had a good experience. The burgers are often messy and fall apart when unwrapped, I've gotten the wrong order multiple times, and the chicken is rarely cooked well.

Forgot to post earlier. Kfc Fulham always has impressed me. Majority of times I've ordered, gotten fresh, hot and delicious food everytime. Out of all the kfcs I've been too, this one has been the most highly rated one with the quality of their food so far. Thank you Fulham Gardens KFC

Every time I’ve gone through the drive through of this KFC they get something wrong. The time before last that we went through, they just completely gave us the wrong food and luckily I checked before we drove away from the window but they weren’t even apologetic.
Yesterday we went through again at 3pm for an early dinner and my partners food was good but mine was inedible. My popcorn chicken go bucket and 3 wicked wings were gross and over-battered and undercooked. Also I only got one wing and the other two weren’t even drums, they were those terrible original recipe chicken pieces. So disappointed and won’t be returning to this specific kfc.

Not a fresh food last night i ordered the zinger burger and chips. Chips is not fresh and chicken also kfc guys ask me its fresh but i see its not fresh and after. Eating. The chips and burger my brdr got vomet.

I tried to make an order for a chicken-burger but there are no things available until 11 am they told me that. That’s really strange and weird is that your service I can’t believe it.

DID SOMEBODY SAY 24 pack of nuggets when I ordered a mixed feast? Nah didn't think so lol

Worst kfc ever opened my zinger box when I got home to find no hot n spicy boneless went to ring them up and they wouldn’t answer the phone

Are they trying to save on spoons and napkins. Just went through at Fulham Gardens SA. Ordered potato and gravy. NO spoon!

Drive through is a bit tight for larger vehicles.

Absolutely the worst service I've had from KFC.got my drive thru order wrong TWICE & then got home & my tenders looked like they'd been cooked hours ago & were the size of my fingers. No serviette or cutlery.
Could be forgiven if it was a once off but happened last week as well. Can't wait for the new one at Hendon.

Honestly every time I get home and I’m missing parts of my order (which is 95% of the time) I just let it go. Today I went back as they forgot a whole portion of our meal. When the manager heard something was missing he said to all the boys working that it wasn’t acceptable that this had happened again today and to stop slacking with packing the orders. It sounds like an ongoing issue.

Thank you to the manager however for giving us what we ordered and an additional popcorn chicken.

Worst KFC I’ve been to.
No mature management in sight.
Average customer service.
Very long wait times. Complete debacle. The chips were ok

I’ve never reviewed a fast food place wow this one sucks. Consistently the worst KFC… terrible customer service and always running out of chicken.
