JACKSON, the fantastic young man who served
my partner and I, you deserve great praise from the person that manages/franchises the store. You should be the worker of the week, the month and the year.
It's not often that you go into a similar place like this, and be treated special like royalty. You have served well and done yourself proud.
Not often you go in a place like this, and find the staff that are happy and enjoy the work they do. The workers I saw there today, 23/12/23, were smiling and happy.
Powers that be, please praise all the workers on shift at 13.15pm today.

The food was great, yet the order received was not complete. Service people didn't seem to care either. More personality from the wicked wings than customer service

Fast friendly drive through service only complaint was it would have been nice to be given some wet wipes or napkins at least. But other than that no complaints

Every time I go through the drive through, they always forget to give you sauces or aoli, the tenders were dry as, but not having any aoli just makes it worse. And there was a hair in my tenders! This is not an isolated case either, they seem to be getting worse lately!

Just grabbing a Twister - a quick bite for lunch. Everything was good. Comparable with other KFC's I've been to. Happy with my meal!

Had to wait about 10 mins for the chicken to be cooked but while I was asked to wait in a carpark they offered me there mousse and gave extra chicken and sauces so was worth the wait very friendly staff

Verry good for the most part food cooked well in a timely manner, sometimes little things get left out of order like sauces, but usually pretty good

Wow a kiosk you have no idea about older people the kiosk is annoying and I don't use Macca's for the same reason.

Spent over $70 We ordered a giant feast and 2x 6 hot and crispy 12 all up
Our order was delivered and 8 out of the 15 chicken were small wings bite size chicken (children got to the food before the picture)
and 6 hot and crispy missing we swapped out coleslaw for chips but still received coleslaw instead of extra chips
Family of 10 in isolation we can’t Evan go to store and pick up the extra food because of their mistake

Ordered zinger crunch burger. It had only lettace and corn chips, no coleslaw at all. It wasn't even busy so I'm not sure why they can't get it right.

Didn't have enough food in stock chips were cold. Next time better be better or I won't be going back.

Went there 7/11/21, got a family feast, 10pc box, the pieces put together would not of made a whole chicken so small, dry, possibly over cooked, chips were soggy, the 2 drum sticks were the biggest pieces in the box the other 8 were this size or smaller

Quite unclean, booth seats baddly worn and torn, all stool tops worn, place is in need of a make over. Food was good and fast service.

Probably one of the most consistent KFC when it comes to getting an order correct and everything tasting as it should. Would be 5 stars but unfortunately still a few things that could be improved on.

I ordered a burger and got a really old chicken patty. I have worked for Mcdonalds in the past so i know that patty was supposed to be discarded.

Friendly staff and good food. However, it sucks to get home and see that what you have isn't what you ordered. Especially when you don't feel like going back out.

I have always said in regards to KFC that "the more you eat, the more you save. " This ideology has never led me astray and is still truthful. The not stop promotional deals are the reason that I keep coming back to this wonderful establishment. I love the $4.95 fill ups that come around every now and then with my favorite being the Hot Rods fill up box. I beg to the Colonel Sanders himself, please for the love of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, bring back Crushers and Hot Rods.

As usual, order was wrong again, suppose it was my fault for not checking the order before I left, not sure how they forget items from the order when they read it of a screen in front of them
