KFC City Cross

It's been twice the boneless chicken were either over fried (too much) or the chips were soggy. The staffs are friendly but the food quality is bad at the evening.

I had zinger box at around 3.45 it was so worst food i ever had the chips are soggy they gave me cold chips also the boneless chicken is not properly cooked everything was cold in that box

They don't change the oil. I bought chicken and it was bitter because they fry in same oil so God knows how many days. Please change the oil. Thanks

Amazing chicken.this one guy, kinda short, nice hair, his name is adam.he is the best worker there!

I believe that Oscar Johnson and Angus Wheeler are the top employees and they have the best service and better food than myer center

Came here for a lunch break, food quality was surprisingly good. Nice salty chips. The twister was good. Left me with a smile on my face:)

Their customer service is wrost.this is the 2nd time they did not give the proper thing I ordered. I ordered original box.there supposed to be a sauce in it.but when I open the box no sauce.they are charging extra tax as well.plus previously they take the money but did not gave me all the food.they should improve the service

I can overlook most of the issues with my relatively SIMPLE order for the most part, however there are a few that I reserve the right to complain about.

1. Extra salt means, extra salt
2. Chips are all supposed to be cooked before being scooped up
3. A long blonde hair wasn't on the specials board nor do I remember ordering one

I lost my appetite mid way through my meal after I found the hair. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this particular KFC like the plague!

I order zinger double，but they give me zinger burger！ They say this is a 100% zinger double！ Extremely bad attitude！Won't go to this kfc again！

Hands down the worst garbage I have ever eaten. I haven't eaten KFC in around 6 years and now I know why. Soggy old chips, salty oil dripping chicken tenders, popcorn chicken had zero flavour and what's happened to the mash potato and gravy?
What a waste of $15! Threw it in the bin where all garbage goes.

Took 12 mins to get chicken tenders totally unqualified staff I get it I use to work in fast food sometimes it’s busy tho for this store it seems they always have issues 4th time in a month I have to wait 15 mins the partial blame also goes on management who can’t allocate more staff.

It’s KFC, what more could you ask.

Had some speedy service here during the bus commute to fill my hunger pains, staff are always friendly too.

Food is good but the customer service sucks! Counter staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing!

I've been here three times and on every occasion I've been disappointed with poor customer service and poorly made food.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while staff continually ignored me instead of serving me to the point I left because it was embarassing. Very bad slow service would not buy from here again after being treated this way.

I have been paid for my Zinger burger and yet when I reached home noticed that they didn't give it to me. It happened 2 times, it seems to be purposely forget some of the items.

I recently purchased the Go Bucket from City Cross KFC and was very happy with my experience. I was served by Kenneth who was polite, friendly and had excellent customer service skills. KFC is lucky to have him as an employee, I will definitely be back!

When you pick up online order, you must show to the staff your photo ID! Not accept you order history on the phone! For 3 wicked wing!
