KFC Arndale Food Court

This young white girl giving me food as if she is giving away for free, her attitude is disgusting, also I asked for 6 chicken wings, she gave me only 5 wings with no tissue papers.
Not recommend this place

For the burgers we asked for extra sauce and we got none, overall this is very frustrating paying a ridiculous amount and still not getting it right. Please kfc arndale I beg for u to get it right next time, this also has happened numerous times.

Absolutely disgusted. Got a burger feast and found a feather in one of the burgers. More specifically in the chicken. Now I know chickens have feathers but burgers aren't supposed to have them. It's like finding a hair in your food, turns your appetite instantly.

Worst customer service and person in the counter refused to sell us mixed feast and asked us to order each item individually which made us spend extra 12 dollars.
Seriously if their own staff hate working at kfc they shouldn’t be there.

Got served by a lovely girl named Marli. Very efficient and hard-working. Hope she makes it to corporate xxx

Slow service- had to wait 20 minutes just for a popcorn bucket, and had to ask what was taking so long before the lady remembered to make it.food was cold and dry.

Came in last Saturday around 12ish ordered a tender box they were the best tenders i've had in my life.

Worst customer service.
Ordered through Menulog and when the order arrived there were things missing. Basically when we called were were given the excuse that it wasn’t their problem and we needed to call Menulog.
People use ordering/ delivery services because they can’t get to the store so the two people waiting for their food were not impressed. This was a big order but also the last one we will be getting from here.
And using the 30 year old excuse ‘we will give you a store credit’ needs to be removed from your procedures manual. It never happens and when you try to tell them you have a credit they have no clue what you are talking about.

I came to the store on Saturday, the tall boy I think his name was tom cooked one of the best zinger boxes I have ever had. Honestly give the bloke a raise

I DO NOT recommend going to this kfc this is the worst kfc I have ever been to. We were stood in line and my mum slipped in the mash potato and gravey and heart herself even after we told them they did nothing but just look at us didn't even clean it up then I started ordering and I asked for the 24 for 10 nuggets instead of telling me they charges me for 4 packs of 6 nuggets then while we were waiting the employees were just talking instead of making are order then they didn't give us all are sauce. Then once we got are order we sat down to eat it the nuggets were cold and the chip were raw and hard I would definitely not recommend going to this kfc. If I could give it zero stars I would.

One of the slowest kfc ever exist, I often get lunch from here and always service is slow & waiting time is too long, usually around 15 minutes, most of the time staff don't know what they doing

Gave me completely wrong orders. Chips undercooked. Nice young lady working till double checked my order. Older manager lady gave me completely wrong thing

Very fast service, ordered a chocolate mousse and got it straight away, and also got a raspberry freeze and got it before i finished paying. The ranga at the counter is really nice.

Ordered a zinger, said they didn't have any, suggested an original so opted for that, then told they didn't have any, I had already paid for the zinger meal and original tenders, they said they would give me another chicken burger. Got home only to find they put 2 small tenders in a bun, and I mean small! Not only was i disappointed with that, but the whole meal was cold, the burger, the tenders and the fries. Very disappointing, will not be going again, this is the second meal from here that was cold. Dont waste your time and money.

For a fast food chain I am disappointed when you go in at 615pm and order a dinner pack and the staff tells you that there is no chicken left. Nothing else was offered ie wings nuggets tenders etc. Pretty strange for a fast food chain to run out of chicken 45 minutes before close. I was so disappointed so I got in the car with a and called spoke to the manager who only her
solution was we stop cooking one hour before close and we will have chicken tommorrow. Ok well thats not going to help me now is it. Pretty poor excuse for a fast food chain pretty poor response for the manager wonder how the 10 or so people lining up not to mention I stood in line for about 10 mins prior to being served felt. Being told sorry no more chicken. Perhaps inform customers with a note on the counter saying you stop cooking one hour prior or close the store earlier. In the space of an hour and shops still open for this didn't leave many options other than frustrated customers.

Well maintained, and clean every time I set, maybe another table or two. Will be more welcome after all this restriction.

One year ago I saw workers splashing mop water all over the cooked chips and work bench three of them laughing and doing it again. I don't think they have jobs anymore. This is the worst KFC besides main north road and welland I was given raw chicken cooked in burned oil there. Main North Road is maybe worse than arndale though.

If I could give 0 stars I would - but unfortunately there is no option to. Very disappointed with the service. The workers seemed very unprofessional.

It was ok place was clean, staff talked a bit much between themselves while waiting for order but at least there was no human hair found in my food like I have found at another outlet.

I don't usually think anyone is rude because I understand how stressful working in fast food can be but HOLY JESUS the blonde manager I think named Rachel is so rude. Her rudeness extends to her own staff members as well as the customers. I witnessed a particular incident where Rachel was belittling one of the other workers. Also was slightly racist. Still don't know how she's a manager. Might as well go to Macca's 10 meters away.
