They are the worst company i have ever dealt with, no idea how to resolve a problem, no service, no care.

Amazing. The team is just amazing, from the call centre to the tech that actually came out. Telstra and Optus really failed to deliver and help me with getting faster internet speeds in my area. I run an online business and needed 100mbps up and down. The team at Kern wifi came out the very week I called, and was patient and took the time to solve the problem! Love this group. Grateful we have a local provider like them.

After many years with a non local service provider, we made the switch to Kern Wi-Fi as recommend by others in our local area.

NBN was not available in our area and Kern Wi-Fi had great internet speed and plans available to us. Most importantly they are based in Adelaide! In my opinion, nothing beats speaking to your local internet company that care about the service they provide.

Can't really play games without lag and I have good ping for a small percentage of the time, still not happy with that in particular but it's better then before. I am though, able to stream videos with minimal buffering and surf the web without too many issues not all the time but most of the time.

Been using the service for 2 years and very happy. Had a problem and what really impressed was the speed of remedy. Email request responded to within 20 minutes, technician dispatched within an hour and up and running within an hour of him getting here. (As a bonus he identified an issue with my I-Phone.)
This level of service is just never seen these days.
May the NBN be replaced by Kern!

Once the link was up and running everything worked as great. We recieved the speed we wanted, and it "just worked" which is what we wanted and needed.

Super friendly team, any issues and they were right onto it. Our old router died after many years and they dropped around and replaced it and got a new one working straight away. Super service!

A fantastic alternative to the NBN and Kern customer service is outstanding. When you call for tech support the person who answers the phone is not only local but is the same person that attends your property to fix the issue ON THE SAME DAY! No more talking to an overseas call centre for hours at a time getting passed from one person to the next and going nowhere. Kern WiFi price and quality of service is also excellent.

Having a local service orientated network that does not put its shareholders above its customers is a huge bonus to small business in SA.

We had so much trouble with different providers few years ago as non of those could offer us descent internet speed. Someone told us about Wi-fi internet and then we found Kern which we have been with them since and never looked back. The speed is much higher than ADSL and customer service is great. Highly recommend Kern Wi-fi.

I have been dealing with Kern Wi-Fi for several years as they provide free wi-fi for events managed by the Semaphore Mainstreet Association in Semaphore SA - Semaphore Street Fair, Seaside Carols at Semaphore and Feast on the Foreshore - Semaphore's Big Gay Out. Kern Wi-Fi also provide permanent free wi-fi for the Semaphore Foreshore Park near the jetty. They have installed all of the equipment to provide this service at their own cost. Kern Wi-Fi's support for our local community is amazing and so very much appreciated. They are lovely people to deal with and are based right here in South Australia. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Kern Wi-Fi also host my secure business website. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’d been dreading the NBN, and was being bullied by Telstra to switch over. Fortunately, I happened to read about another option: “Fixed Wireless”. Thus began my search. However, other Fixed Wireless companies immediately rejected my online applications, either not even recognising my address at all, or because of a big tree in my backyard.

At just the right time, I saw “Kern-WiFi” being plugged in a Facebook group. Communication with KernWi-Fi began immediately, and before I knew it, the installation was done – and ironically, both of KernWi-Fi’s competitors’ towers are in clear line of sight to my roof.

I'm extremely happy with KernWi-Fi – the staff are friendly, local, hands-on, and provide almost instant attention. No overseas call centres, with long wait times, broken English and scripted circular-speak, but rather Adeladeans who speak Australian English and understand Adelaide. I've found the staff at KernWi-Fi to not only go out of their way to be of assistance, but to bend over backwards to help all they possibly can, as efficiently as possible, and as quickly as possible.

Best of all, I now have amazingly super-fast speeds that I could never have imagined - even in the backyard granny flat that previously had barely sufficient speed or coverage to do the most basic things online, despite the addition of the most powerful wifi routers to assist. The speed is so good, that suddenly, for the first time ever, "Ancestry" loads in a flash. No more endless waiting. (I'm in genealogy heaven!)

Kern Wi-Fi has provided a very fast and reliable broadband connection, I had previously struggled to find decent internet, however that has now changed. I am getting very fast speeds with no issues, could not be happier with the excellent quality. I recommened this company to everyone and is a great alternative to the NBN.
