7My G. P sent a specialist referral to this practice on April 5th 2023, In July I called the practice to find out how much longer before I would receive a call to book my appt. Unfortunately I discovered the practice had lost my GP referral. So, my GP resent the original referral and I went to the back of the cue. My appt was schedule for 6th October, five months after the original referral. Today, I received a call from the practice and due to a cancellation an appt was available the following day, 21st September, HOPE! However, during call the receptionist said she needed to call back. I didn't receive a call back. An hour later, hopeful that I would see the specialist the following day, I was told the appt had been given away to someone else, during the period before I called back (remember I was told, the practice would call ME) The only saving grace is that this practice is not my family practice.

We went today at Kensington Park medical centre, receptionist was very abrupt seems like she was racist, she told us we need to pay gap today when I ask we was always bulk build at this medical centre and why we wasnt told on phone when I make appointment. She said I don't care you need to pay and get out from here. I told her I am making complaint about this facility.
A very friendly clinic that was able to accommodate me on short notice. I can highly recommend.
At Kensington Pk Medical Practice, from Dr Brian Symon to Dr Bernd Lorenzen to reception Debbie. They are all so outstanding.caring, attentive, professional, kind and sweet. Perfect 10/10 rating. Highly recommended.
Receptionist could be much more welcoming as that’s one of the things I think really makes or breaks a medical clinics success. However I think she put under too much stress being the only person to manage calls and patients.
