I initially approached Dr Karuna for support with long-standing digestive issues. With her treatment and guidance on nutrition I have already experienced a lessening of symptoms. I then sought her help for severe dizzy spells after weeks of headaches and being unable to drive. She prescribed a nutritional supplement and some herbs. I went to Dr. Karuna almost a year back with issues of high sugar, BP, overall fatigue and tiredness. She conducted a detailed examination and gave me suitable herbs, advice on diet and overall well being. I followed her instructions and within a month I could see a perceivable difference. After about 6 months, when I took my tests, there was no BP diagnosed and sugar levels had come down substantially. A couple of months back, my BP shot up and I consulted her on the phone. She immediately sent medicines and advised me and my BP came down. Along with treating with herbs, she is also a nutritionist which helps to take care of your well being. I am a. Working woman. During lockdown my whole routine went haywire. I wasnt able to sleep despite working the whole day at home, doing household chores, exercising etc to exhaust myself.
