The store itself is not horrible but the staff often gives dirty looks. Because of whay they stock and how they present products I often feel as though my culture is being mixed in with other religions/cultures and sold off as purely pagan. The prices are also extremely high for what you are buying and I have found the exact same products for much cheaper in other stores.

Good place. You can buy the things you want and looking for here. Shop gives layby options as well. I found staff knows what they are selling here.

Very disappointed with the staff and management. I will never shop at the marion store again unless they change their staff. I will travel to City Cross in Rundle Mall instead.
Where i draw the line is when I spent over $250 on 3 occasions in 1 week and never got asked if I was a member (which I am). Never got greeted. Took stock from the display and took it too the counter and the told me to put it back where I got it from because they had one in a box. Walked in there at 5.10 one day and they refused a $90 sale because I only had cash and they had already counted all their tils (shouldn't this be done after 5.30 like every other retail store. Prior to walking up to the counter which the girl was standing there for 10 minutes, I decided what I wanted to buy and walked up to the counter, only for her to ignore me caled a younger girl over to serve and walk out the back because apparently her co worker said she was feeling sick because she had too much caffeine that day.
I don't know where to start with telling you how unprofessional your management and staff are with customer service. They walk around with their noses up in the air thinking they are too good.to be there working and serving customers. I want to give your company money because I love your stock, but just not at that store anymore unless you do a whole new staff change.
