Kahlyn Day Centre reviews
9 WARNING -DO NOT SEE Dr Juthika Chaudhary!
She is unprofessional and breaches many of the codes and standards of practice of which a practitioner has to abide by whilst practicing medicine some examples include a breach of privacy and information and blatant victim blaming. She is dangerous and is working with some of the most vulnerable people in our community so please be careful! Currently going through The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency to report my ongoing concerns about her practice and code of conduct. Please report her to if you have had any previous or current issues with her to build a bigger case!
So lucky that Adelaide has a facility where people can get help when required. I think Private hospital and health cover is needed. Wish all GP’s would guide patients to seek help from Ramsey Clinic and Kahlyn Day Centre.
Very helpful, caring, friendly staff and group therapy classes at Kahlyn Day Clinic. Good, clean facilities and some meals provided.
Had a very positive experience here and got the help needed.
You cannot attend if you do not have health cover, ridiculous if I'm willing to pay with my own money.
I was referred & reception are rude and not very helpful over the phone for people who need ACTUAL help
DR H H, did save me and my immediate family is a trusted and respected retired specialist of over 35 plus years.
He has gone above and beyond to assist us all, although fully retired he still avails himself for existing patients.

A very unfriendly environment considering what they are there for - psychiatric care. I would NOT recommend this place, nor would I ever set foot in it again.
Amazing staff and administration, caring, reassuring and dedicated to each individual patients needs. Gorgeous yard and simple building layout that feels very safe without the clinical hospital feeling of some other centres. Staff handle any potential ‘episodes’ with thorough care, appropriate conduct and provide individual and private debriefing when needed, and are always available to chat and help out.
I was specifically referred to Dr Kate Jarvis by the psychiatric doctors at Flinders Hospital, being told she would be the absolute best person he could think of to help me with my specific set of circumstances. After receiving my referral, not only was I told by the administration that Kate refused to see me but the reception staff I spoke with was incredibly rude and would barely let me get a word in. Surely, these people know that someone seeking psychiatric care is likely very fragile. I couldn't believe it. 100 x worse than disappointing and a real set back for me,
Some incredibly lovely people work at Kahlyn, I for one am very grateful for all of the help I received
Dr Juthika Chaudhary should be avoided at all cost! (My opinion!) This lady and her Indian Dr friends have contributed to putting Australian's out of work! While promoting other's from there homeland! She will diagnose unfounded baseless mental conditions then RUN FOR THE HILLS! Or avoid contact ever again! 4 year's ago in Police records she recommended another psychologist do a report knowing full well he hadn't taken on a new client in 5 year's! Her and her network of cronies will set you up for disaster! Be very careful
