Kadina Mitre 10

Really poor customer service. Very unhelpful and had to chase down help and then the staff member knew nothing about a basic paint scraping tool. I can see why people don't shop local.

Great handy hardware store in kadina, got a good variety of products and staff always friendly and helpful.

Special thanks to staff for their help with a lock - I needed to secure my deceased father’s shed and the old lock was broken. I had no tools and was pressed for time. Great service and great range of products. Thank you.

Not enough floor staff, poor customer service, employee's don't look happy (no smile or pleasant greeting)

Don't waste your time in this store.people who work there are so far up them selfs, rude to your face and think there high and mighty.
If your gona be rude to me I'll be rude back and happy to take my money eles where.

Good place to get most hardware idles and timber, also sell a bit of kings 4wd accessories, great staff

There not big enough to hold stock 3 times now they don't have what I need. As mitre 10 Virginia have everything very poor and disappointed.they told me to go to sratco ha ha. So I went to a salvage yard and got what I needed and cheap

Poor quality and over priced.
Staff need to be retrained in manners and product knowledge, I asked the question "what fasteners do I need to screw kitchen cabinets to a wall with steel studs" his answer was" haven't got a clue" and then proceeded to moan when another customer asked for help.
Would rather travel to bunnings even though it's over 1.5 hrs away

Wanted to give a ZERO star rating but it wouldn't let me. Staff here are so rude, and just ignore you when you ask for help. Ask them a question and they say they don't know or they start looking then walk off and forget. Prices are a BIG rip off. Better of driving to adelaide to go to bunnings

Didn't have the basic items I needed and the staff were too young to know about the products and not interested in helping me. I've only been there once so it may just be a once off experience.

I find them not helpful when to buy some g clamps when to charge me $10 more that was on the tag price and then Said it was put in the wrong spot even that it was the same item that was on the the tag but different code number

Its ok but being in the country they carry goods they think will sell. So always call before to make sure they have what you are after.

I ordered a few small things online 7 day's ago (click & collect)

I did the online order mainly because I didn't want to be walking around the store looking for everything I needed

I thought they would just get the stuff in-store like anywhere else (click & collect) but I called the store today and was told that it normally takes about a week to come from the Warehouse: - (

If I had known that it wasn't coming from my local store I would have had a bit more of a look on Ebay and Amazon, I want to support my local shop not the big online warehouse.

It would be great, as i said before, if the new guys learned about the merchandise, so they were well informed for customer service. Blessings!

Not much use really. Wanted an old fashioned (hand) set of P&N easy outs. The question had three people running around trying to find something from another planet, until they had to admit they didn't one.
