Well maintained and friendly staff, great facilities and gift shop. The kids love going bowling here. 10/10!

Great variety of activities at this venue. On the ground floor you have a merchandise and gaming store, an arcade game zone, a VR hub and a 9 hole mini golf course which is both challenging and fun. Up the winding tower and you have a 9 lane bowling alley, bowling paraphernalia store, more arcade games and bar snack type foods available. Both levels are kept clean and the staff are friendly. The bowling alleys are fun to play on with a variety of score board animations to choose from when setting up your game and multicoloured lights at the other end on the pins. There is a.good variety of balls to choose from as well. All in all, a fund place to visit and all reasonably priced as well.

It looks great now that it's all renovated except there are no disabled toilets available up stairs and it's hard pushing a wheel chair up the spiral ramp once let alone twice if toilet is required.

Just not value for money with bad service
I treated my kids to the Kaboom venue with the tenpin bowling, VR, and mini golf. Cost about $150 for myself and two kids under 10 over two hours.

I’ll start with the good. While the VR room opened later than the other venues and wasn’t setup when it did open the guy there did do his best to be attentive to my son. The game was bugging though and cut out a couple of times and we still had to pay full price.

We did two rounds of mini golf. The course is small but well put together. Service needs improving as the two lads were more interested in going off and playing their own game then serving paying customers.

Video arcade in the tenpin bowling. One game wasn’t working properly. The rifle on one side couldn’t fire - absolute waste of money as - no refund. The other games were fine and the token machine handy.

Tenpin bowling. Expensive but they have got good technology. Sadly the Saturday we went over half the lanes were taken by some event and even when they broke for lunch the lanes remained closed. We were “squeezed” in for a single game and then promised one of two lanes when those people finished. We waited and guess what? They gave those lanes to others.

Food. Another major gripe for me. Ordered food and then my son and I told we couldn’t sit at the tables to eat because the event were having their lunch soon (ended up being way after we had eaten). No stools available at the benches. So despite being paying customers my son and I had to stand, be jostled by people walking around, to eat most of our food.

Overall what hurts this business is bad service. The Treehouse Cafe, they also own, has the same issues where they don’t respond to messages or questions and are pricey for a limited time.

Absolutely not worth the money and won’t be returning.

Best place for hangs. Me and my friend usually arrive once a week and are always welcomed with a smile.

Great fun place, games for small kids need update but that is no issue at all. The gift shop downstairs have genuine licenced toys, at Reasonable prices.
Best of all, staff is very courteous. Our kid spewed but manager helped us out in best way. 5 star service guys. Will definitely visit every time we visit here.

Had a fun evening with family and friends for a round of 10 pin bowling and a bite to eat.

We ordered wayyyy to much, the portion sizes were more generous than expected, the sweet potato chips were the clear winner in our group, however everything we ordered was good!

Will definitely coming back again soon.

There is a good selection of fun activities but they don't take Covid seriously. There was no hand sanitiser in the ten pin bowling area, arcade games or cafe area. I didn't see anyone cleaning surfaces or cleaning used bowling balls. Some of the staff didn't even wear masks.

Loved the upgraded bowling alley and the new addition of mini golf gives kids plenty of options for school holiday fun.

Great family fun went with my son 9 and my nephew 2 and both really enjoyed the experience all the staff was very helpful and friendly will definitely go again

Was down from Melbourne. Went twice in one week total of 5 games. Well kept and neat. Will try virtual reality next time.

Absolutely fantastic! Great shop with good prices. Service and staff were amazing, we had a birthday and it was so easy for parents, kids had a ball bowling, golfing, snacks and lunch.

We only came to play mini golf and it was great. Unfortunately it's only 9 holes and hole 3 was out of action (We just played another hole twice). Kids enjoyed it and so did we.

Great loved going there, I haven't bowled on 8yrs and I still came second I only lost frist place by 1 pin.
Would like to make it a regular thing.

Great venue. Luv the technology upgrade. Good choice of food and drinks while having fun bowling.

The bowling needs some updating, but was mostly clean and the food was affordable and the staff helpful. Downstairs, the new mini golf is cool, but a bit on the small side, our family of five was finished in about half an hour.

As bowling alleys goes it is ok, had a nice time bowling there. It seems that the bowling alley is in need of a refurbishment, the atmosphere wasn’t as welcoming as it can be

I went mini golfing for a friends bridial shower. And it was the first time for me. It was SO much fun. It was a short game, which can be great if you're new or short attentioned. Or if you are trying to kill time. $6 a game! The staff are friendly and there are some cool toys and pop figurines to check out and purchase.
I would absolutely go again! 10/10

Friendly staff, had a great time. Apparently there are new bowling machines coming soon, so that will make it even better.
