Journey Uniting Church reviews
19They dont care about the people who are very sick and in a lot of pain, no visiting of the sick, "Too Busy" when asked,
I am a parent who mistakenly let my child go to the Journey Uniting Youth. I believe it is a cult like church who have completely brainwashed my child. A few years later, now she is 18, I have completely lost her. Beware!
I'm a visiting man of God who came early when I asked a member what time is service, he told me 10am that I'm way early I should go home and come back later. When clearly many people were already setting up church!
Journey Uniting Church is nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a church with anointed worship, great coffee, value on the Holy Spirit and His gifts, outstanding preaching, a welcoming and beautiful congregation, a leadership who truly cares and a terrific kids program then look no further.
An incredibly welcoming Church with solid biblical teaching.
It suits everyone with great ministry for kids, youth, young families and those with a little more experience in life.
We have experienced such great moments and know this is a place where people can truly find a church home.
Didn't like the service or the inside. Was more of a show with artists on a stage. Didn't find God there, maybe he was in the audience?
Journey Uniting is a home for all seeking to find faith and a community of people who will champion you. The people are friendly, the messages Bible-based and inspiring, and the expression of church focused on the future. For anyone looking for hope, purpose and connection, come and drop by.
A fantastic church filled with people of all ages who want to share the message of Jesus in transformative and relatable ways. The people are warm and welcoming, the worship & music is incredible and the coffee is great too!
The Journey is an easy place to call home - definitely worth checking out.
All of the team members are really great and friendly. Personally, I believe a great portion of the messages during service would be very helpful to everyone regardless of religion - as such, I would certainly recommend attending their Sunday service if you haven't already.
I'm a resident and very unhappy with the noise level sunday is a family day not a noise day I live in Sydney street my neighbour's feel the same way
A church that is full of life and full of faith. A place that welcomes all, regardless of their background or past. It is evident that the church is under the guidance of leaders who seek Christ before anything else and want to see the Kingdom of God grow!
Incredibly welcoming community, love their mission to appeal to youth and young adults which is a demographic that is lacking in the Church today!
It's a shame that I have to even give this place a star! (I can't even call it a church) absolutely terrible. I went twice and felt dirty afterwards.the false doctrine and music is shameful! They need to repent. If you're wanting sound doctrine steer clear! If you want a stand up show and music that's deafening go ahead.
Won't be joining this church its a disgrace, they want peoples credit card number and they not happy with a donation, they are greedy, went there a couple of weeks ago, the music was too loud and trashy, not proper church music at all, what ever happen to organ or piano playing church music.and the church band seems to practice non stop loud noise on week nights,
Everyone I’ve met there has been super accepting and loving, they all express real passion for God and I always feel at home when I’m there. Never a dull moment, incredible kids and youth program
Inconsiderate corporate neighbours indulging in crass noise, selective doctrine and consumer "religion".
Not my style and quite off putting.
The web site says it all!
Bible based? Really! -
Methinks more scholarship would be helpful.
Such an inclusive culture with such an amazing youth and young adult demographic, who are passionate about their faiths. This church also has amazing leaders!
I live across the main road and I can still hear that loud church what sort of a church is it when they allow younger people being loud especially on late Fridays and in mornings and during some days the church is far too loud with they techno, or heavy Metal hip hop they play, this is not a proper music for a church I'm been to proper church I'm Catholic and prefer hymes to be sang in a choir with a piano or organ playing not trashing loud drums and guitars, if the church doesn't consider turning down they music or noise as it sounds like to me, them they not for God or Religion at all, God wants that people respect others their rights to peace and quietness not noise it's horrible
