Joseph and his team has been professional and understanding on my suit/tuxedo needs. I have never been looked after soo well and the level of customer service has been a very high standard and exceptional. No faults and love working with Jo and his team. If you need a suit or tuxedo for any occasion, hit these guys up because you will never be disappointed. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the amazing work. All class!

The team around Joseph is truly unique: costumer service is fabulous, the suits are high quality and even spontaneous requests are handled professionally. We cannot recommend him enough to any modern Groom on the search for his wedding suit.

What an absolute character Joseph is, we smile just thinking of him. The second we stepped into his store there was no going back. Coffee, laughter, a bit of swearing and freaking amazing quality suits. Joseph you're a legend and you made the process incredible, the guys looked schmick.

Excellent service, very professional, knowledgeable and a very easy experience. A men's formal outfitters is somewhere i am probably the least comfortable, however, Amir was great, very professional with great knowledge of what goes with what and also what would suit me.

Had my partner's fitting for his groomsmen hire suit. Called a day beforehand to see if appointment was required as we were coming in a certain time, we were told walk in was fine and that we would be attended to easily. However, we came on the day at the time we mentioned the day before to be told to come back in 30mins as they were busy. We happily did that and to be disappointed when we came back, they were more busy then we first came. We were kinda chucked around waiting to only be looked after for a good 15mins. Unsure whether it was because we were having hired suits so we weren't looked after as great compared to other customers who were purchasing the suit. Regardless if it was hired or purchasing, everyone should have been looked after the same. That was our experience but maybe it may be different for other people.

Nothing beats a well fitted suit and Joseph makes sure of that! It can often be busy but staff are good at multitasking. If you need to go for a fitting try to going mid-week. I needed my suit quickly, they had my size and literally got it altered by the next day!

My experience was terrible. Wrong colours, wrong sizes, and no follow up or assurance that the issues would be resolved in time.

Jospeh and John are pure gentlemen, the care they offer when tailoring clothes is a splendid experience.

From the initial fitting to the follow up and after sales service, it was a pleasure.

John was the main contact i had dealt with, however Jospeh came over to welcome me and knew the sale when i had made calls.

Ordered a suit, arrived in the wrong materials. Then they ordered it again. It is now many weeks later and only one week before the wedding and it has arrived. The vest is a different colour to the pants and the shirt hasn't arrived. We just left with what we had because we were too tired to blow up. Do not recommend.

I fronted up for a once in three year fitout and walked out with a complete wardrobe - some in the post - but exceptional service and attention to detail

Beautiful shop with a lovely selection of suits, although the salesperson had to be the rudest most unhelpful person I've come across in a long time, alright if you are happy to browse yourself but if you want help or advice dont bother.

Joseph Uzumcu makes good shoes. I came for a suit and brown shoes and enjoyed a delicious coffee during my fitting. Before the week was out I returned to buy blue suede shoes.

My worst suit purchasing experience in my 25 years of suit wearing. I really wanted to support a local retailer - but what a mistake. Waited 10 weeks to finally get 2 suits (I was told 1 week to be ready) After numerous issues (not ready on time after several assurances they would be, wrong suit delivered and poorly altered) they were delivered. Im not sure who writes the other reviews on here but I dont think they are customers. They gave me 2 free shirts to apoligise but at the end of the day the suits were overpriced, poor quality and require fixing.

Have needed to hire a suit twice now and the service is fantastic! After my first experience last year, i didn't even look elsewhere when needing to hire a suit again recently. Cant recommenced them enough.

One of the worst experiences I've had. The experience began with the owner yelling verbal abuse and swearing at staff making it extremely awkward to begin with, then to be insulted about my own physical appearance ended any consideration to purchase suits for my wedding. Would never recommend.

These guys are great! Great and speedy service, very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure the final product is perfect.
