Honestly I would like to give 5 stars but now I can't.
After being here for nearly 2 years I had to exit branch.

Zina, Tania, Amanda, Rhia and Jess were really helpful for me in regards to helping me find work, they cared enough.

However once those core ladies left branch just went downhill, I got breached for attending a Job instead of 'Work for the Dole' (I know right) and I got set up to fail attending an interview never arranged with employer despite being told otherwise.

I finally lost my patience with conduct of branch once those lovely ladies left since consideration for job seekers became non-existent.

I ended up getting phone calls from blokes (I won't name) talking to me as though I am the typical Dole bludger imbecile.

A friend of mine has had bad experience here. Rude, disrespectful people in here. Wants a job but refuses to help out to get the qualifications up. Cuts of payments due to missed appointment when never got one.

Very poor service. 1 interview since march for a job i am not qualified to do.not happy easy way find job yourself they will not help you. I apply 1 to 5 jobs a day.

Never had any real issues there. Staff have always been courteous to me and anything I have asked for has been provided.been p

Massive waste of everyone's time. Always waiting an hour past your appointment time, then when you actually get called you're in there for 5 minutes. Then later that night your Centrelink payments will be cut off because the incompetent nonce on reception somehow never marked you down as showing up. So you have to wait till the next day to call them to get it resolved, only for the exact same thing to happen on the next appointment

Completely non-responsible staff. One of their client went abusive, rude, threatening and racist towards our trainers. We complained to the agency 2 weeks ago with copies of SMS threats that we received; till today we have not received any call or email. We have tried calling few times and everyone keeps taking our details but no one gets back to us. We feel like our hard earned tax monies are being wasted for the welfare of racist people and people who doesn't know how to respect others. Will never deal with your agency ever; and will also spread news to other examiners in the industry.

I can't believe the review on here! I have not had a bad experience here at all. I have been to 3 job providers and this is by far the most amazing, friendly, punctual and clean place.

The guy out the front is super helpful and nice. He's always willing and able to solve any problems I have.
Xena and Jess are the main girls I get help from and I can't not express how truly helpful these girls have been.
They put me forward for jobs often, call in to make sure everything went ok and also make sure i have enough resumes/clothes for the interview.
10/10 recommend this provider.

Some good staff who want to help people get work are out balanced by incompetent and abusive staff who make repeated unprofessional errors in getting people's payments wrongly cut.

Absolutely pathetic. Learn to organise your appointments better. Staff are generally unhelpful, receptionist is often an exception. I question the skill set of the manager, she requires a heavy review of her performance. I believe the 1.3 star rating is a huge compliment to this cesspool of a place. 45 minute wait for an appointment is common here, as is a demerit for being 10 minutes late to such appointment. Ridiculous. A joke. #pathetic #unhelpful #doyourjobright

A profoundly unhelpful organisation. You have to be with then for "several months" to qualify for a consultation; if you don't know what to do until then, tough luck. I learned this three days before they removed me from their system. My first and only attempt at contacting them via email did not receive a response. They won't contact you in any way if you fall behind with your job search.

Stay away.

Terrible staff. The receptionist with the wet hair and pyjamas is the rudest receptionist I have ever come across. They do not care about finding you work or being empathetic at all. They only care about making money from the government. This branch should be shut down. Complete incompetence. Do not recommend.

Case workers are extremely rude and arrogant. There's one dude there who's awesome and helpful. Don't let them pair you up with the female workers, condescending, rude, pompous, are just three words that come to mind.

They lead you to beleive at the desk you have to sign paperwork that legally you can refuse and not have to work for the dole they are very expecting you will do as they say and not ask what it is that you need especially since they have extra money from the government for every customer.
I have sat here half an hour waiting for my apt even people for apts after me are the only ones waiting now and i still havent been seen its abit disappointing they are not more caring and organized to keep cyclinh people properly.
I just say them tell a lady who had worked 7 years now that she didnt have to wait anymore she was here before me and she had to start work before 10am they didnt even say sorry or react to her issue with waiting for nothing when they could have planned better knowing her situation.
I would recommend going to any other job network if you can and dont let them make you feel like you have to search for jobs there way when you have your own way they havent even ask if your having problems looking the computer room so big they always expect it full but not enough staff to even serve everyone properly while they work in there at all

Very rude staff, not helpful what so ever, treated you like you knew nothing would not reccomend
