If you want a job, DO NOT COME HERE. I have tried to hire on 3 occasions and after speaking with Job Statewide Salisbury representatives, including the branch manager, they have never called me back. I was prepared to hire anybody with any experience and fully train them.

They obviously have no care for their unemployed customers.

Totally bullying and harassment even after leaving and going through another job provider still harassment. I give a zero also

They aren't there to find you a job, they are there to make your life as miserable as possible. You are better off looking for work on your own.

Very rude consultants. If i could give zero stars i would. Should be abit more polite and considerate. No wonder they have people losing their cool and threatening on a regular basis.

They are rude and will laugh at you, they make you feel like your begging them for help, the will look down on you too. I found my own job without their assistance and my payment we cut multiple times while I was with them, and I attended every appointment they gave me. They are just rude.

This is the most un professional organization ive EVER had anything to do with. They will text a REMINDER to your phone at short notice about an appointment, but i never receive an appointment in the first place.every time i go i get a different person, you wait an hour to see a halfwit consultant, then later the same day you get a message saying you've been suspended for not attending, even though i DID. They DO NOT help you in anyway, all their actually there to do is put you in work for the dole, & nothing else, they lie, last week i was told about a landscaping position & was told I'd be contacted later the same day.didnt happen, when i rang them no one knew about it.but was suspended for not attending, even though i did NOT have any appointment that day! When i rang them about this, they quickly said, oh i'll fix that up for you then hang up! What a PATHETIC organization this place is, centrelink rely on shit like this to piss people around.why, cos they're ASSHOLES!

Horrible and Terrible services providers. I usually help many friends who has language problems. They did job searched requirements but payment suspended. I went to office three times along with friend.they just simply said, sorry we forgot it to mark.we fix up it now". Even Job appointment attended, they always forgot to mark as attending list too. I am very upset for my friends who has language problems and doing their study AMEP english class. They make them stress, depression and mental problems. I want to suggest that please make sure all things and treat with love to all.thank

For an employment recruitment centre they could really do with hiring a receptionist-you know the person that answers the phone when it rings.

Absolutely horrible service you have to wait hours for your appointments and they dont even listen to you

The staff there are friendly and helpful and will do their utmost to help you gain employment. I was made to feel very welcome

Rang up to confirm told me i had an appointment at 10, arrived at 10 told me i had been cut off and there was no need for an appointment, thanks for wasting my time jobs statewide.

So so rude staff. When they are make mistake we have to take it easy and when I make mistake they cut of my payment. As always I have to wait 3/4 hours. Yesterday I got job interview but I said I make my mind I don’t want to work and they cut my payment again. They threatened me by saying you’ll not get payment if you don’t work. I’m so depressed right now and I can’t do anything about it. I need help. I am second language that’s why I can’t explain things that I want to and they don’t understand me if I saying things. Huge problem is they force to do work but I am currently doing two courses so if I work night I might not able to go my course bc night work might effect my course that’s why I changed my mind and when I said that.they cut off my payment next day. I don’t know what to do.if anyone reading this plz help me y’all hat to do next!

These lot don't deserve No stars! You wait an hour minimum to be seen every time, you go through consultants like clean underwear and when they make mistakes they back each other up and cut you off!

All the staff are good but sometimes when we had appointment we have to wait at least 30min to 1 hour in waiting room.

Didnt do a damn thing to help me.attend 9am appt, wait almost an hour just to hand in a form.then when i found a job they asked for details and took the credit for themselves.

Worst job search place ever, I had three different consultants in 3 different meeting, filled up my basic information 2 times because they lost the first one. Some of the consultants treat you like a piece of trash, and some of the receptions are terrible.every time I have to wait more than 45 mins after my booking time, even in the morning.

Bloody useless.

Every time my partner and I come in here they make us sit here for an hour. Long agter his appointment time that was given to him. We are doing it now. They need to find people who will actually work and see the people waiting instead of just saying we are too busy to see you today, please come back another time!

You stand at the front counter and chit chat away with the people who you don't need to see. Wasting more of our time. I need to go to the doctors but obviously that's just an excuse to get out of the appointment! 10/10 no service what so ever. And they haven't even been able to find work for my partner.
