Jobs Statewide reviews
32Such a slack place! Won't let you exit the program (voluntary) but also won't contact you for your appointments
The best employment agency I have ever been in Adelaide for the last 29 years! Amazing service, always with a smile and great attitude. Attention to every detail and they will help you the best way they can to achieve your goals finding suitable employment. Jobs Statewide on waymouth Street you are the coolest
Do you think you are happy?
Wait till you walk into the doors of job statewide and see your smile fade away. You start hating your life because you made decision that brought you here
Please don't forget to book a doctor's appointment each time you walk the doors of hell of job statewide. You cant underestimate what this place is about to bring in your life, definitely NOT A JOB to help your finances or help with any skills. Don't belive me?
I dare you to stay with them lol
No wonder why people on centrelink are struggling, thanks to job employment agencies like this, making your dream come true to be a patient in emergency ward of royal Adelaide hospital and slowly see you life crumble away.
The amount of people in this office getting paid thousands and compared to amount of work done here doesn't match,
Just find a dark hole and hide forever that's what they like and they will do anything to get you off payments.
Good luck to everyone
Arrive to appointment on time and have to sit there and wait for up to an hour. No apology or explanation. No help whatsoever. Found a job on my own and would not recommend this company to anyone. Disrespectful and incompetent!
Absolute joke of a workplace to work for. They give you one week training then expect you to know what you are doing the week after. Computers are slower than a turtle. The people that work there are arrogant and have no life skills at all.
Hopeless job provider, doesn't listen and understand their clients. Working 15hrs/week, also studying 15hrs/week (course offered by Centrelink for Non-English speaking Jobseeker). The job plan they designed is to send 10 resumes/month just like everyone else. It is not practical and doesn't make any sense.
The unemployable finding work for the unemployed. This place is a joke. I would be embarassed to work here.
The most useless company in existence. It serves no purpose, makes endless empty promises of providing job opportunities. It serves zero function other than a revolving door of Centrelink and Austudy recipients making their lives more difficult.
Was thoroughly satisfied with their help. The staff were kind and helpful, and they put my name forward for various job opportunities, as well as assisting with getting myself in a position for interviews and applications.
1.7 star is way to much for these totally incompetent staff members. The disrespect from staff is on another level and the disconnect between the people they are ment to help is disgusting. Zero stars from me.
Totally incompetent service, unable to keep multiple appointments, continually break appointments, Redbook then ring with the incorrect agender. Definitely the worst job provider service I have used.
Applied for a job never heard back even though she said its her job to call us or email us and let her know the way I was treated as someone applying for a job with this God awful company I could not imagine what poor job seeker's go through with these clowns. I have called 4 times asking about the application and I have been told all those times we will grab a name and number so no one put down a doc saying that I called or what for, i have had to call and find out, and everytime I call its hr is in a meeting well these meetings must start at 9 and end at 5 i asked to talk to someone else in charge and was met with always sorry they are in a meeting aswell. My dream job was to be a job consultant but seeing how jobs statewide treat applicants my heart goes out to the poor job seekers who have to deal with these dead eyed clown's honestly. Absolute joke of a company. One job to do send a email and can't even do that ill keep going g u till I can talk to someone who has a clue what they are doing. Sad sad company.
Completely incompetent, no communication between staff that causes so many problems and ending up stuck calling the support hub 127 times to get through
They have zero communication skills. They got me two jobs trials but never told me about them then they tried to cut my payments off for not going to them. I have stated and provided medical certificates about my back issues and they still continue to force full time work and work that i physically can't do on me. Some of the staff are really nice people which makes it harder to give a harsh review but the place is a joke. Doesn't even get half a star.
Rude staff poorly managed. If i could give no stars i would in a heart beat. #Jobstatewide adelaide are useless at best

While all service providers are intentionally poor these guys take the cake. Will have you wait all day for a class they know has been canceled before they put you into it. Don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else.
Went to my activities for this week - had my payments suspended because they didnt mark me off as attended - jobs statewide are a complete joke
I am being forced to do this Back on Track course 3 hours a day, 2 days a week. There are no computers available and I'm looking for jobs that aren't available to me because of my situation and mental illness.
Service is terrible and computers are excruciatingly slow.
Which wouldn’t be a problem if their staff didn’t try to prohibit you leaving the offices until you’ve finished a job search effort.
Also will call to harass manner of employees and referees to no effect other than detrimental to job searching. Seems like it’s just so they feel like they are doing something to justify also taking money from the Gov.
It’s usual practice that a staff member won’t even introduce themselves with a name at interview but want to know all details about your life, some personal and irrelavent. Refused to account for extra job efforts such as volunteering, training, and occasionally additional casual work.
Some staff are nice but one star because of fundamental flaws in service, procedure, and staffing.
