I have nothing but praise for Mel and Tanya for their patience and hard work with myself and my numerous health issues including mental and physical limitations. They have both helped with all things considerably and now I find myself in full time employment, Mel has worked hard in devising new and simple ways to navigate the reporting phase with Centrelink and know that I have both Mel and Tanya to liaison with in the future.

Jobedge has helped me gain and maintain employment for the last 6 months and without the support from Mel and Tanya it wouldn't have been possible.

Very disappointed with my initial appointment with Mel Lamborn. Perhaps this is a reflection of her 'Sales Representative' background and her young age, just like so many of her 'Employment Consultant' colleagues. Very insensitive and unprofessional in the way in which she asked 'personal questions' regarding my ESAt Centrelink assessment, especially whilst there was other people in the same room. I will be very glad to get a transfer to a different employment agency.
