Job Prospects - Adelaide reviews
7Ha! Abandon hope all ye who enter here. This is where the forces of darkness gather to plot their manipulation of the vulnerable. And the best bit? Their victims are forced into their clutches daily. It’s perfect if you enjoy being exploited, lied to, gaslighted and patronised. Fraud and corruption are their stock in trade. If you enjoy evil in all it’s forms, you’re gonna LOVE this place. Baby.
This is a employment company that has received a government contract for employment. Always changing staff to take advantage of them for 3 months and then sacking once the government stops paying wages. Very unperfesonal and needs to be look at very carefully since it has dropped Job prospects name as they really committed offence under contract please make sure centrelink is informed on there behaviour, I will be taking legal action against them in the next 6 to 13 month's. And looking at been compensation as they have breched privacy act.
TBH THIS place literally deserve no stars, Because
1 The staff were looking down at me cause I'm unemployed and have disability
2 Staff a disrespectful and people made up job and lie towards me.
NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR BLOODY SERVICE AT ALL!
Looking back i would say they are worst job provider I've ever been with, so glad i changed providers.
- Would constantly book appointments for me to go in on days they where aware i was working so they could cut my payments off.
- For around 2 months they where requiring me to go in for 'meetings' where i was required to apply for 2 jobs on there computers in a room by myself and then hand out one resume in person at 4pm in the city. They where making me do this 3 times a week. Completely pointless.
- I was required to re-write my resume every week
- When i told them i was going to be studying soon they actively discouraged it and cut my payments
- if i didn't go in wearing a shirt and a tie, id instantly get my payments cut as they'd turn me away and refuse to help me. Happened more than once because i forgot a tie.
The list could go on but i don't see the point
-5/5 absolutely useless, didn't get me a job interview at all for over a year
Not sure why they get paid as they are the drain on society
As an employer, I have found Job Prospects very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. I have had a lot of dealings with the Adelaide and Salisbury offices and PPS consultant Casey. Great staff, great service, I receive really good referrals too:)
-5/5 Who in there right mind designed a system in which young people’s dreams and asperations are not a priority in the slightest.
Machine sending hard done by people not even a smidge of space to get things together so they can feel healthy to actually go to work they won’t,
No teenager wants to work trapped in a call center!
Change the system!
0/5.
Excellent example of “Youth service” sending people to the streets.
Pressured to apply for jobs that you don’t need because your already in the process of being employed, then you get the job and are working but because your shift is at the same only time they can see you during the week, bang, rent assistance cut off.
Had many previous issues with trying to communicate that I can’t come in to appointments while I was working in retail mon-fri, constantly had to recall telling them the same thing, still receiving myGov messages saying I’m going to have my payment cut off.
Thanks for nothing.
