I attended a Job Employment Skills training course at this location. Everyone was very helpful, polite and attentive to my needs as an unemployed person.course was run well, and helped me and the others within the course.

Highly recommend. The staff are always kind and friendly. The facilitator Douglas Guthrie does an awesome job at helping steer you in the best direction for your future employment, he continues to go above and beyond what is expected.

I was required to attend training at this location and found the course was excellent at boosting my confidence to tackle some hurdles in finding employment. Doug did a fantastic job running the course, giving good advice and insight into ways to improve my skillsets and how to advertise them to potential employers. If you go into this with the mindset that there is always a way to learn and grow from these opportunities I believe you will find great benefit.

Great course, Douglas Guthrie was very thorough and explained everything in detail which was good.
At times it was daunting, took me out of my comfort zone but have learnt to be more resilient.
Had a awesome group to work with which helped and supported me through out this course.
Thanks Doug for your guidance.
Much appreciated.

Change job providers if you can. Lazy and unreliable. They act nice to your face but don't bother to actually help you. Absolutely pathetic.

Been with these guys for maybe six months. Found the majority of the staff rude and looked down on me because I'm unemployed. I re-enrolled in uni and I'm waiting for the papaerwork to go through but staff don't seem to understand I'm a full time students and can't do full time work. Seriosly need to work on their people skills, I've seen people be treated like they weren't worth the time here. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a person.

Stupidity reins supreme
Talk about confused people at this company, attend an appointment at a specified location, at a specified time and date, thats is the details listed by them, now the night before this appointment, I read Do not attend this location, phone/video appointment, yet the call received earlier said dress for appointment, I really think I will be seeking a new Job notwork provider, IE: resume says I am a rigger, but all they see is truck MR, my resume says I am a network Tech, all they see is truck MR, cant even interperate LF, WP, DG, RB, from HRW license, or ACMA ticket.
Goodby from John Chud

Totally incompetent provider of job not work scheme, refused to listen to me, when stating not able to attend appointment, due to legal reasons, when asked for details of jobs they want to send me to, none received. Basically they DON'T listen

Seriously incompetent staff and management. They genuinely require a thorough overlook on how the business is run and how they treat clients.

I have used the service provided by Job Prospects after being out the system due to a back injury, I found the services useful and well designed to help job seekers find sustainable employment. I have been provided with all the details and information that I needed and was treated with respect. Above all, I am thankful for Emma Eaton for her outstanding support and suggestions; she has done a great job referring jobs and discussing with me potential vacancies, her role was vital in my job search.

These guys aren't even worthy of 1 star.
Everyone is rude, no compassion or understanding, they always make mistakes and put the blame on anyone but themselves. Don't go here!

They cancelled my payments because I could not go to my course, I was sick, I called up twice to explain that I can't go because I'm unwell and the lady on the phone said "we pay for you to go to these courses, being sick is no exception" so now I'm not getting the money I need all because I was unwell an couldn't attentend. This isnt including all the f*** around theyve given me over the past 10 months. Definitely not woth any starts.

Don't go here if you are seeking employment. You will be promised work, and then instead be forced (or you'll receive a fine) to do high school level courses. I suppose the staff receive a commission from signing up people to courses, and not by finding them employment.

I constantly over hear staff speaking very offensively about their clients after they hang up the phone. I hear first and last names, which is breaching confidentiality. Not to mention the contradictory sign in reception stating 'any rude or offensive behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated? ' What about your clients?
Unprofessional and contradictory company. I received a fine for not attending an appointment, because I was actually working. Isn't this a job providing company? Review your ethics.
