9Most useless agency I've been with they have no idea what they are doing made me do a IQ test otherwise they wouldn't help me took them 2 years too even find one job towards the end I had a new case manager every month they needed help from a labor hire agency what a joke I understand people coming and going now. I'm with a new agency now and I got help straight away.
Very superficial and immature little girls who play God from their so called position of authority. Avoid if possible.
I've had positive experiences with the Glenelg staff previously but feel more like a number than a person. Never done what's they've promised
All of the staff at Glenelg are extremely helpful and go out of there way to ensure their clients needs are met. As a business owner the team went out of their way to ensure that my staff whom she works with are equipped with all the correct uniforms, safety equipment and ensured that they had all of the correct tickets to be on-site.
A great experience all round.
As a potential employer wanting to know more about wage subsidies, I was misinformed, misguided as to what action to take, and there wasn't any acknowledgement of this from the team member or their manager, or any apology for the misunderstanding and time wasted. Definitely wouldn't approach them for help again.
Highly recommend this place to anyone. Laura and all the staff are so kind and welcoming. They are extremely helpful and supportive. They have helped me acquire anything I have needed in relation to work, such as tools, p.p. E, tickets etc. Such a great job agency, they go above and beyond to help you. 10 stars!
