My friend desperately wants to get his old job back of driving Trucks again. But unfortunately had lost license, and wants to get his b-double license back, but cannot afford to pay in 1 hit. The person is even willing to pay back these Job Network places. If only they could really help. As this person isn't asking for a Hand Out, and yeah even wanting to pay back all cost involved. Which also mind u Job Network get 20$k. When getting JOB. JUST HELP AN AUSSIE OUT CENTRELINK/JOB NETWORKS.

Something I never thought I'd actually say but going to job prospects Blair Athol is something I look forward to. Elise my job consultant is absolutely amazing to work with.we literally talk for hours. I love her. I think we will have a friendship that goes beyond her job requirements.thanks Elise for being you.your amazing.

These psychopaths made me wait over 20 minutes on my initial appointment because the consultant assigned to conduct the appointment was on smoke break with another staff and when they returned they got engaged in chitchat with other staffs
these psychopaths tried to enforce wearing sanitary pad = mask on my face regurgitating that it is government mandate i refused to conform with my own enslavement i refused to suffocate myself at the will of psychopaths i refused to cause harm to myself by not submitting to psychopaths i refused to act against my self respect by not doing the wrong thing when i know it is wrong
the psychopath site manager who was getting ready to go for smoke break got involved and tried to enforce wearing sanitary pad = mask on my face i refused the psychopath site manager asked me to get out of her office she does not want me in her office like as if i went to their hell called office out of pleasure
the psychopath site manager told me that she will write my presence as absence and write me for misconduct because i refuse to be subservient slave who go along to get along with what ever crap gets thrown at like they are any way the psychopath site manager has stopped my centerlink payment thus starving me because i stand for my eternal human rights i dont need permission from any one to breathe or not to breathe also the psychopath site manager is delusional by even thinking that she has any rights over me being sui generis living breathing sovereign human with soul and conscience
the psychopath manager thinks she owns humans who come to her office no wonder why this world is nothing more than mental asylum where evil is running the shows i need to speak to area managers to chief executive officer of job prospects i need this psychopath site manager to reinstate my centerlink payment immediately because she has nothing to do with me and i have nothing to do with her or job prospects but she has declared war on me by causing me harm through starvation and i will make you psychopaths pay for this life ending attempt.

Elise, who is the receptionist at the front desk is a delight to speak with. She's very friendly and helpful, and always offers me a hot beverage to warm me up from the cold feeling of impending doom - (which inevitabley occurs from the first moment that you're told to turn up for another seemingly unproductive appointment). But apart from that, it's generally a miserable place of gloom and despair which leaves you with an overwhelming sense of deflation and inferiority as soon as you step inside the door. You'd have more luck finding cheer at a funeral than you would at Job Prospects.

The friendly smile and polite greeting from Elise is always the highlight of my visits. If it weren't for her hospitality i wouldn't even give the place a one star rating. It simply wouldn't be worth it.

The team of staff are fantastic, i would say to anyone who is really looking for work not just a pay out. Go There At Once. In saying that I have my first paying job in a long time

This is the worst job provider I have ever been to. The site manager is a condescending, rude, inconsiderate, disgusting excuse of a person who talks over you, antagonises you and thinks she is better then you because she in a power position.

The staff there don’t know how to communicate, they threaten you and hang up the phone if you don’t work with them.

I was called into work and wanted to rearrange my appointment and it was a 25 minute call to try and get that done - the site manager advised me that she would be cutting off my Centrelink because I obvs work to much and can’t make the appointment because I was working.

It Cleary states to call and rearrange the appointment if you have to work on the emails they send you.

I think they should go back to training and get trained how to treat people properly, how to communicate and how to respect people in a professional manner.

Disgusting.

Very poor and unfriendly customer service skills. Things are stated on the form to call the place up if needing assistance, but when asked, they are not able to assist. What is the point of this statement then. Rude bunch of people.

Wow, these reviews on here and the opposite of what I have been experiencing. I have not had a single problem with this place and after a few years of Workskil it is very refreshing to have staff go above and beyond for the client. Just treat them kindly and they'll be kind back who knew? I get called most days about job opportunities and the receptionist Elise is always kind and supportive and it helps when everybody is always smiling, my case manager Brooke has only been working in the industry for under a year but has been more professional than any other person I have seen in any job provider. I have my fingers crossed these guys are the team that will get myself and many others employed by the end of the month:) Keep up the great work guys

Have noticed they! At JP on occasion have controlled partial, security lock out periods! Keeping screwed over, desperate verge, poverty fringe job seekers with legitimate question's away!
Often they as a matter of immediate action always hide behind directing clients to go see center link!
Recently I have started earning a living on the dole! Working at second bite charity food distribution center, guided by smart thoughtful federal government time line handling policy.
In one instance its a worthy experience meeting other experienced earning a living on the dole devotee's.getting true advice and depressing insight!
The work experience gig when miss managed due to periods of overloaded earning a living on the dole hands, result's in hurry up and wait complication's and trimming personnel solicitations with dubious context.

Sincerely in the sharp end of policy

Possibly the worst job agency i've ever been to in about 8 years of being unemployed, i'd give it a zero but i can't, if you see this, don't transfer here.

The manager, slicked in a veneer of twisted professionalism has all the empathy of a Fossilized cabbage. She does not care about anything you have to say and retreats behind formulaic responses anytime you attempt to use reason with her as a means to resolve anything, if her book said to put you in a gulag, she would, without hesitation or remorse, she exemplifies the perfect bureaucrat, and exudes that smug contempt that many who have worked in the industry seem to acquire. Her words do not match her tone or expression, and hostility practically radiates from her. You can tell she gets off on the power she wields over others, particularly those she's decided she doesn't like. A perfectly vicious little office building despot. Like Hitler, only without the charm and charisma. The thought of dealing with her makes me feel physically sick. She should under no circumstances ever be considered for any kind of authority over others, she is unfit for it. I realize she'll find a way to make me suffer for writing this.but she was going to do that anyway and this review is the only power i have in this forced relationship

Odette, one of their employee's, is the worst and most incompetent case manager I've ever had and can only have been hired for diversity quota reasons. If you get her, ask for someone else it'll save you hours of banging your head on a wall as even simple concept's are beyond her.

The receptionist is awesome and honestly should be running the place, actually the best receptionist I've ever seen.and if anyone see's this, offer her a spot at your own company for double whatever she's getting, and you'll still be getting a bargain.

The career counsellor was really good too.helped me get a lot of things sorted out.poach her too.

She's incompetent and does not know what she's doing, treats her clients like lower citizen and behave as if she is above them! That is your job to find a job for them, you're not the boss! Learn how to be humble and treat others with respect

Most poorest performance for employees at job prospect Blair athol, everyone is unprofessional and constantly making up excuses with the internet and power when multiple people are having trouble as the consultant sit there and do nothing, most staff smell horrid and can barely sit near them they are useless in finding jobs for anyone and they do not help you at all, worst Job provider. Please Transfer with another provider

Why is this Job Active provider so intent on treating their clients in the way that they do
This is not the first review negative in nature about the morally corrupt manner in which you conduct your selves, and is of the gravest nature and if you need to be reminded that you are there to support the unemployed worker and not hassle, berate and bastardise, to get your weekly wage which, Imight add comes on the back of the unemployed and without the unemployed you would not be in a job
The constant appointments made to the uninformed which I might add contravenes the job active deed and to take in to consideration of the clients ie those who are attending university to further their lives not to have appointments made on the days that they are attending uni and then to have their payments stopped which is not the job of the job active providers but of Centrelink and were the clients given the appropriate lead time to be notified Why is it that the job active providers don't adhere to the Job active Deed which is a legal document and a legal responsibility to the client and bend and shape and distort for their own gain which I would label as a dog act but I wouldn't like to defame the canine breed associated with their acts, but you are what you are
There are many people that suffer from one form of depression or another and you have some one that was one week packing tinned peas on a supermarket shelf and the next week a case manager for JP and then treating their clients like some uneducated waste of time and it is prevalent right through out the job active Providers and time for the Board members to be made accountable as you are nothing but pariahs and goodness sucking parasites that hide behind the walls of a board room whilst your managers and facilitators go about their unconscionable ways and derive a wage from it and don't appear to have any form of understanding or willingness to absorb and indeed empathy
You are a disgusting form of human but not a being and I await the day when the Australian Labour party removes this out and out grab for free money and you are all elevated to the unemployed and on the receiving end and then you might have a miniscule idea of what it is like to be treated the way you treat your clients
Be prepared for a wave of protest at your offices so we can call you out for what you really are a blight on humanity
I will be calling for support from the Australian Unemployed Workers Union of which I am a member to flood your offices and to hold you all accountable
I would suggest that there would be a lot of sleeping pills ingested by the Job active providers as this would be the only way you could sleep with out guilt but that is not a word associated with your lot
on a scale of minus 1,000 for your review and please engage with me and a camera crew and see how you all stack up on national television and see how you like being outed to the public
They can call Ned Kelly and Captain Midnight and the likes some of Australia's biggest bush rangers and thieves but they pale way into insignificance when it comes to Job Active providers and especially Job prospects
Why do I have these views is because I have been on the front line and seen all too much of the way JP conducts them selves and I won't publish the photos of the last job that another supervisor had to endure but it consisted of walking through possum excrement to a kitchen with no power and a toilet that you had to hold a torch whilst undertaking your ablutions as these will be passed onto the shadow minister for employment for mention in parliament

Some of the staff members (except the receptionist) and manager are unprofessional.unfortunately.they don't feel they are accountable to any body or any department.

The only Job they are able to thus far offer me is help with a position in a prestigious chicken plucking operation! Obviously I deserve no better?
Also have noticed they have on occasion controlled partial security lock out periods! Keeping screwed over, desperate poverty fringe job seekers with legitimate question's away!
