3 stars as follow up service did not match the report detail.

I rang to ask some questions and Andrew was busy and said he would ring me back. Andrew did once but I missed the call.

I subsequently tried to call back multiple times over a few days and also sent texts and no response back at all - nothing - no more call backs or responses to texts.

Very disappointing after service and even though report was detailed not being able to get responses back to questions is why Andrew gets 3 stars only.

My feedback to Andrew is the after service is just as important as the actual report.

Very efficient service. Responded to my request quickly and produced the detailed building inspection report in a very timely manner. Andrew is friendly, helpful and very approachable. I highly recommend his services.

If there were extra stars, I would give them. Seriously this business went above and beyond for my property purchase as I had a very tight time frame that they could come and inspect the property due to some legalities with the tenants, not to mentioned I rang him out of the blue less than 24 hours before the inspection. To make this possible they sent two inspectors to ensure the job was done well, and in the time frame allocated.
I was also very impressed with the detail of the report, I have had another Inspection company do one this year, for a separate property and it paled in comparison to the level of care taken by Andrew and his staff.

I definitely, will be recommending Andrew Skinner if anyone is in need of a building inspection, knowledge, friendliness and detail. What more could you need. Cheers again Andrew.

Andrew is great and very thorough with his work. He has been very detailed with the findings and open to have a chat if any doubts to make sure customer understands. He has been very supportive.
