My favourite seafood shop within the Western suburbs - and I believe I've been to most, if not all, competitors close by as a local myself. This place never disappoints, everything is always fresh and high quality. Every staff member I've encountered has always been super helpful and knowledgeable too.

Treated myself to a crayfish for dinner last night it was mouthwateringly spectacular. Enjoyed every bite the staff were ultra friendly as always.

Customer Service - Exceptional
I only work around the corner and I only normally shop on weekends nearer to home, but heard so much about this shop, went there today, Yes day before Good Friday, Great selection, clean shop, organized and didn't have to wait long at all, Staff super friendly and the lady i had was very helpful
i will definitely be back, what we all need to remember is that we as customers need to be friendly as well, a couple of rude customers behind me today. Keep up the good work guys

Lost me and my sister as customers today.
The women at the counter acknowledged us but was busy serving.
The guy behind the counter, instead of serving us served a “friend” someone he knew though we were next in line.
This is poor form!
Though this is closer to home and I’ve been here several times I will not be returning.
Instead we drove to the seafood shop we use to use and received the great customer service and a fantastic selection of seafood.
Sorry guys it only takes one bad experience.
Next time acknowledge your customers as they come in not your friends or acquaintances.

Spent a small fortune here on Thursday,
(130.00) frozen products good, 2gulf fresh picked crab meat excellent!
2 large ‘fresh’ leatherjackets NOT FRESH! There went my fish dinner that night - that one hit the bin! The other in freezer waiting to be ditched! Got the run around when rang & wasn’t even offered a refund, which most businesses worth their salt would do!
Won’t be going back - a shame, as I have always used them!

Great young lady to chat to and knowledgeable. Able to support SA seafood at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit.
