Jet Couriers are very reliable, They always look after us at AAD. From the customer service to the sales rep (Ron the legend) to the delivery drivers, They go above and beyond for us with what we need. I would definitely be recommending Jet Couriers! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS
Horrendous delivery experience from JET couriers. Occurred late August 2021. Courier refused to deliver according to instructions sent and agreed to prior to delivery. When the courier arrived, he did not notify me (despite instructions) and he did not deliver to agreed location (despite instructions). The delivery was left in an inaccessible area for me to access due to physical disability. When I approached the courier to ask him to move the delivery he became upset, argumentative and belligerent to the point I felt the need to go back into my house. He tried to place blame on me despite all the pre-planning I had invested into the delivery. He said "your instructions weren't clear", he then hit the delivery slip and shouted "no I'm not going to do it". Frankly this was the worst courier experience I've ever had. Don't depend on JET for follow through on jobs that have detailed delivery instructions.
I have used Jet Couriers since 2007 including their previous life as Roadrunner. They have always given me the best service of any courier service in Adelaide. Their system is easy to use and remembers my regular addresses, they have several different service options and the staff and drivers can't be beaten. Very happy with this service.
So on the 24th January 2020 one of their drivers hit my car in the city, I was sitting in the car at the time. The driver ran into his job at the police credit union collected his parcel jumped back into his vehicle and took off! Contacted the company still no response
