Edit: After 12 months of having Jess as my counsellor, I just wanted to add to my review. Jess has proven time and again that she genuinely cares for the well-being of her clients, and to anyone reading this, please give Jess a shot, especially if you’re on the fence and unsure, as I can guarantee that your voice will be heard, and you’ll get the help that you need. Jess is so incredibly caring and thoughtful, and through the help of her counselling, you too will start feeling just as good as you deserve to be. I highly recommend.

Jess is an amazing counsellor, her relaxed, gentle, and kind nature makes the whole scary process of truly opening up, and being completely vulnerable easy. She has helped me greatly with my mental health, and has helped me to process my struggles. I can’t recommend Jess enough for anyone going through anything in life, that just simply needs someone to listen.

Jess is a gentle and kind practitioner who engages so beautifully with children. She was approachable and accommodating when we first attended sessions, allowing for trust to be built. She has helped our young children to navigate difficulties with school and provide a safe space to communicate and be supported by someone other than family.

Jess is a fantastic listener and a really warm and easy person to open up to. She is SO patient and she is so supportive. Not only does she help with coping strategies for the issue, but she can also help with identifying different areas that are affected and help improve those areas too.

Jessica has been absolutely amazing with our boy. She has helped us understand more for our boy. Such an understanding young lady. Really listens and very compassionate.

In my experience Jess has been extremely caring and understanding and has helped tremendously. She has not only helped me during my sessions, she has gone above and beyond outside of those hours and is absolutely passionate about what she does. She is easy to get into contact with and has later appointments available too! I recommend for anyone who needs help, please go and see this lovely woman. Bless
