I called this company continuously yesterday. After they answered, they asked me to wait, but no one picked up even after half an hour. This happened three times, and on the last attempt, they just hung up on me. Today, after waiting for over ten minutes, the person who answered briefly greeted me, but when I stated my request to cancel the appointment, they promptly hung up again.
