Spent the morning there.would have stayed longer but kids were expiring! Staff were very friendly and gave some advice on tyre pressures etc.and assured us that if we got stuck, they'll come out and help.

Introduction Hill is definitely more than an introduction but we made in a stock Toyota Fortuner (on stock tyres) and a Toyota Prado 150. We didn't get stuck but nor did we tackle everything Jakem Farm has to offer. We took our time and enjoyed it. Well worth a visit. Will visit again one day, for sure!

We camped here on New Year's Eve 2021 on one the campsites and did a 4WD training with Jason.
It was really great and I recommend this experience (4WD training) to everyone who plans to buy a 4WD or recently has.it's totally worth every cent!

Beautiful place and fantastic tracks. We visited in August and the view of the yellow wattles in the background is magnificent.

This place is just so good. The owner is the nicest guy and seriously can't help you enough. Been a few times now and have learnt so much. 10 out of 10 for every thing.

Great day out with the kids. Plenty of playgrounds to keep the little ones entertained inbetween the big kids getting muddy.

Before we went we were told by others not to go the saying was " go to jekem to break'em. " when we arrived, the owner was there, excellent bloke! We were given lots of advice among them was 2 instruction, tyre pressure and take it slow. Being our first time doing anything 4wd we took that advice, did the jakem loop. Yes rocky in spots and a few deep ruts a creek crossing and deep mud holes (there is a way around them). We made it through the loop without any trouble, went with 2 other cars, had a laugh pulling them out of the mud, was a fantastic day.kids had a ball, the big kids (the blokes) had a ball. My take away from the day, listen to the advice, assess what your car is capable of, only do what you feel comfortable doing, have fun. Seriously the best day out. We will be back to do a training course, to do some camping and another track around.

Great day of 1 on 1 training. We learnt a great deal from Jason out trainer who ensured we learnt what we needed to keep ourselves safe, enjoy the day and prevent any damages to the vehicle. We will be going back for more training and experience. The unlimited recoveries is a bonus. Excellent day out for the family with playground equipment scattered around the very large farm.

Did the intro course AND stayed at the campsite. Top notch all round Jason, Katrina and the boys taught me a tonne and will have you putting your rig through it's paces but also a heavy emphasis on safety. Great value and great fun. Should be mandatory training for all 4WD drivers.

We had a fantastic family day out with our teenage lads, a great way to test out our skills in a great location. Loads of fun, Jason and his team were incredibly helpful and willing to share advice. Highly recommend and will be back again soon.

As always this 4wd park is both educational and a good test of you & your vehicle's ability, I always leave there thinking wow what an experience

Great place to practice 4wd skills. Owners very knowledgeable and happy to chat and give tips. Free recoveries! Great camping spots by the creek. And they have planted many tens of thousands of native trees and bushes which is starting to turn this area into a natural paradise. Well done Jakem Farm!

Had not been for years, recently returned in Oct 2020, they have done a great job setting up a place to go close to Adelaide, also family friendly, there are multiple skill level tracks and a introduction 4wd track.
We had multiple 4wd at all levels that were able to do all of the tracks just using there still at picking the best lines allowed them to complete most of the tracks.
Great friendly owners who are willing to discuss and help one anyway about anything 4wd or not.
Great place well done, we will be back again soon.

Great place to visit for the day. Need to take it easy and do only what you are comfortable doing. It is rather challenging at times. Had a blast.

NOTE: This review is of my personal experience and does not reflect the experience of most people.

People are friendly and looks like a really nice place to spend the day.
Looking at the website, I was under the impression that he tracks range from very easy to fairly technical. I am by no means a seasoned off-roader and was interested in the easy stuff. So I booked a spot for Sat 29/08/2020, packed the car (4x4 SUV), got the wife and dogs and off we went from east Adelaide. After 1.5hours of easy highway driving, we got to the place and proceeded to the sign in office where I was informed that I was not allowed in because my vehicle had no low range. This was the end of what could have been a good weekend. So we got back in the car and headed home.
I have no issue with the tracks requiring certain minimum vehicle features but for the love of Pete, please make this clear on the website. If I missed it, I apologize but please point me to where this is made clear and I'll change the review.
I might still return one day if I get a capable vehicle.

Great friendly staff. Awesome views and camp spots around the property. Some 4x4 tracks can be extremely challenging. If you go there wanting to break something you will. I will be back
