This place is a little confusing, as it is spread across 2 places and it is residential mixed with accommodation, with one in a building behind where the check-in is. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern, security is good. If you want to pay for parking it costs $25 per day. Lots of food options within a 10minute walk, with an IGA just a quick 1 minute walk away. If you leave your window cracked for air flow it is a bit noisy till about 11pm.

Bit far from clubs but was awesome! Had Public (meaning hotel customers) Pool, Sauna, jacuzzi and Steam room! Pool over hangs the building and looks awesome at night. Definitely worth booking and plan on doing it again

I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment w/ my family, just the 3 of us and it was decent.

The bathroom is relatively small and there’s only one mirror which is in the bathroom- quite annoying but so be it. The shower is nice, it’s a removable shower head with a lead and there’s a small window in the shower but it doesn’t really affect much. They give you quite a few towels and some soap and product which was useful.

The beds were quite comfy and it was nice to fall asleep on them, however on Friday & Saturday nights, there’s a nightclub next to the prancing that plays loud music from late in the evening to 2-3am, so definitely be aware of that.

The kitchen is nice, and the couch can be slept on. The view was lovely, we stayed in a high apartment so we had a nice view overlooking the west of Adelaide.

The pool is on the 6th floor and includes a hot tub w/ a button for the spa jets and a pool. The pool floor was quite dirty though, of course. The sauna and steam rooms are good.

The hotel staff didn’t seem so friendly, however the guests and residents were mostly friendly and often said ‘hello’ whenever you saw each other.

Would I book again? Probably.

Night staff are absolutely rude, wouldn’t let my let my other guest upstairs. Cancelled my booking and kicked me out at 2am in the morning. No customer service training whatsoever
I should have seen 3.8 stars and run the other way. If you’d like to stay somewhere comfortable, this is definitely a recommendation but staff are terrible. Absolutely terrible. Disgusting and racist service
I was also charged for an extra night after telling reception that I’d amended my stay so they don’t listen to customers either

Rooms were nice and big as single apartments, was nice to have a couch and full kitchen. Only let down was lack of cooking utensils such as a cutting board or a decent knife. And wind noise under front door was a bit annoying.

Bed was extremely comfortable and great shower made it feel like home.

Very average, bad smells, cleaners have no pride.paid alot of money for a room with no hot water and at one stage no water during our stay, and of course no sorry or anything from the company.

Great location near China Town and close to the cbd. Rooms have everything you need and great to have the heated indoor swimming pool. If other guests smoke on their balcony (not meant yo) it comes in which is annoying. Beds and Pillows very comfy. Nice big shower and good water pressure and temp. Reception staff helpful. Easy parking.

Great location. No complaints other than our Uber eats being kept at front desk for about half an hour. This is despite asking reception in person if food had been delivered. Luckily our room had a microwave.

Very spacious, staff were helpful and it’s located in the quieter areas of Adelaide cbd. However the pool is located in another building Which is inconvienient

Great location, friendly and super helpful staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds and piping hot water.

Unfortunately the lobby and lift for one of the towers smells strongly of cigarette smoke.

They couldn't find my booking I booked months ago and yes they did upgrade my room to a two bedroom. The front desk was very nice and helpful about the room situation. The apartment was nice but there is a bar in very close vicinity to the rooms. Music and bass is all I could here until very early hours of the morning. If you have young children I would not recommend this accommodation as my partner and I were barely able to sleep.

As a flight attendant staying here is amazing rooms are great pool and facilities are great!

Emma on the front reception is very friendly and helpful an goes above and beyond.

On Arrival the reception staff were great. When I got to my room there was a used glass in the sink & the bench tops were dirty. Bedside tables were dusty & it appeared a moth had been killed on the wall previously & it remained there. I called reception to notify them & they were going to email housekeeping to get the the room cleaned properly. On return the next day the glass had been removed from the sink & fresh towels added but benches were still dirty & dusty bedside table remained. I have date marked photos if management want to see them. For a company that posts the sure clean advertisement in the kitchen & bathroom it is not.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The reception are absurd… unreasonable, illogical, inappropriate and downright RUDE. Asking them a simple question resulted in a huge ordeal to the point that I was personally attacked and insulted by one of the reception staff. Her actions were clearly in the wrong as she refused to let me speak to a manager or even give me her name to be accountable for her actions. I tried to mediate the situation with the same staff member expressing my concerns for her behaviour. Rather than de-escalating and diffusing the situation she became defensive and pushed the blame back on me. The worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Was disappointed in the attitude of staff members dealing with a friend with a social/metal disorder. I just felt staff were to easily aggressive and rude.

Nice apartment during our break in Adelaide BUT … someone needs to tell cleaning staff to wipe off the caked-on grime and dust on the ceiling fans and air conditioners.

The location was excellent for where we wanted to go. That is where it ended, the room was not throughly cleaned as per the card sitting on the kitchen bench. The carpet was not vacuumed, there was clumps of hair on the carpet, also it looked like something had been smudged on the carpet. The cupboards in the kitchen still had dirty fingerprints on them. Also found a contact lens in the kitchen sink. In this time of covid l thought the room would have been satitised clean. VERY DISSAPOINTED

Conveniently located
Allocation of car parking should be managed better for the people who stay at the low rise building for access to the lift.

The room is nice and functional. The kitchen provided is nice and the bathrooms are decent. There is a weird smell in the hallway, but it shouldn't be a problem if you keep your door closed.

There is no free housekeeping so be sure to clean up after yourself. No gym, but the pool and sauna is pretty good.

The hotel is very close to Chinatown and the rest of the city so everything should be of walking distance.

Easy check in, lovely staff at front desk.
We were given an upgrade, which was awesome. The view from our room was fantastic! Corner room, with everything we needed for a short stay. Beds were massive & comfy. Clean room, only thing I can fault is the marks in the carpet and run down flooring (but it didn’t change how lovely our stay was)
Close to Rundle mall & China town/markets. Pool area was adequate. Worth the money we paid.

Thank you for our stay! I would recommend and will be back if needing to stay in the city for work or leisure again.
