Admin is always responsive and helpful. Price is affordable (when you consider other places and what they charge). The support from the psychologists is warm, friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond in regards to the services they provide. Easy to get an appointment. I never seem to wait long for an appointment time when I've been on waitlists either.

I have just begun appointments with Inspired Psychology and am loving it. Admin team are welcoming and my psychologist is amazing!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tracey Jane is not to be trusted around vulnerable people. She has the ability to build trust with a client but will then just dump them with no explanation and no support to find another psychologist. Tracey Jane creates profound emotional distress for some of her clients rather than supporting them. Emotional distress that can last for years. And she doesn’t care. Not even a little bit. She is currently under investigation by AHPRA. 100% do NOT recommend this psychologist.

I wish I had something to say about this establishment but I didn’t even get that far.

I placed an enquire in October/November of last year as I was advised to seek one of their clinical psychs by my GP. I was placed on a waitlist.

In this time I have been offered one appointment and it was with less than 24 hours notice - not nearly enough time to get off work or come up with the funds needed.

I have now just been advised that I will be removed from the waitlist for not taking up the “numerous” appointments I had been offered (ONE? !).

Very disappointing as someone who truly did need someone’s help

Lovely responsive admin staff, wait times are short and services are affordable. Psychologist is responsive, understanding and helpful.

Very disappointed in the cancellation policy, i understand they are busy however giving 3 hrs notice and then being charged when trying to cancel on a week day is not an adequate time frame. I received my reminder for my appointment at 9.45am on Friday after i have already begun work and only had till 12 to cancel, however i did not go on lunch untill 12. When i rang at 12.05 it was already to late and i needed to pay the fee. I understand it is a clients responsibility to remember appointments but we all get busy and forget things and three hours is not enough time.

The team of Psychs have helped me through a really difficult time, highly recommend! Thank you Inspired!

Very impressed with the high standard of administration. I was offered an appointment after someone cancelled. I had been told I was on the waitlist and would be contacted - and was actually contacted! Thanks so much

If you have a complex family dynamic don't bother. They don't want to deal with it. Cancelled my son's support due to him living with both dad and mum & their having different narratives. Ignored my emailed request for support for my daughter. Then after telling them not to bother they finally respond saying they've gladly closed our kids files.

Feel so confused and let down by an organisation that is supposed to be there to help. Try treating people with some respect and let them know where you stand with open honest communication. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional.

Tracy Jane and the team at Inspired psychology provide a really high quality service for those seeking psychological support. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for personalised service to achieve their wellbeing goals.

A huge thank you to the psychologists at Inspired Psychology! They were so helpful, understanding what I needed and giving me insight into how I could make beneficial changes in my life. Also really appreciate that they made space for my appts as quickly as possible.

Opportunistic parasites. Raised my fee from $170 to $234 when they found out I was an NDIS recipient and the psychologist wasn't even the one I wanted to see.

Response to Inspired Psychology's response: According to AHPRA, the NDIA Fraud Hotline and the Australian Psychological Society the prices charged are determined by the provider - i.e. Inspired Psychology. The funding body, NDIA, only determines how much they will reimburse a client for. I contacted Inspired Psychology twice, a month and a half between contacts, and was told both times the fee was $170 for a non-clinical psychologist. However, that fee went up to $234.38 after I asked about the NDIA BOTH times. There is no confusion here, you are opportunistic, dishonest and are feeding off the taxpayer like a leech.
