Inside Morocco reviews
45What an experience, such great food. Generous serves at a very reasonable price. The Lamb Tagine is amazing. A real gem of a restaurant.
Probably the best cous cous I’ve had! And I never write reviews, so you know it’s bloody good
Have always loved our experiences here until today. Booked online to take my partner there for his birthday brunch and no response. I rang last week and they confirmed that they did have the booking. Drove out there today to find it shut and was told on the phone they don't open till 5.30 now and there is nothing booked by me. This was a special birthday treat I had organised. Love the food but will not go back.
Delightful night spent with my family at this fabulous restaurant
Sooo enjoyable, wonderful a.bience and fabulous food.
I had the "Moroccan experience" on the menu so I was able to try a bit of everything. Started with dips (beetroot, hommus and sweet potatoe) and a salad (greens, fetta Cheese, olives, creamy dressing) dishes full of flavour and fresh products. I tried the chicken and lemon tajine and Lamb tajine. Chicken was nice but The Lamb tajine was fantastic, moist pieces of lamb with a lovely sauce and a side of fluffy couscous. I also had carrot cake for dessert and a latte. Coffee was really good and the cake was nicely done, not too sweet. The restaurant setting was great with different Moroccan designs in each corner.
Delicious food with great taste of authentic spices. Great dishes to share. Love the Moroccan tassel decorations on the Christmas tree.
We had a delicious breakfast and coffee. Ended up taking home some salads for lunch and already planning our next dinner out!
Great food, reasonable prices and friendly, helpful owner. Good coffee too. Comfortable seats and 2 hours free street parking nearby
Great food. Lovely decorated place. We ordered fixed menu. Enjoyed every bit. Definitely recommend it.
Had my husband's birthday here. There were a lot of last minute changes and the owners were so accommodating and helpful with all our needs. They put on a delicious banquet. All high quality traditionally cooked food for a fabulous price. We didnt leave hungry and the decor set a unique vibe.
Kid friendly too which was excellent.
Nice restaurant, friendly service. The food was good, perhaps a little pricey for what you get. The pita bread tasted like it came from Woolies, so that could be better. No arabic coffee or baklava? Great dips though.
Love the authentic ambience but the having been to other Moroccan restaurants, Inside Morocco didn't have the best of the flavours that we were expecting. The rotti for an example tasted just like the frozen ones you get.
It's safe to say that we wouldn't visit the restaurant again.
The charming owners, cool ambience, the freshest ingredients, exotic but delicate spices and flavours makes this dining experience pleasuràble. I slept like a baby after dinner at this fine restaurant. Peaceful place for meet ups with friends and visitors to Adelaide.
Service was excellent.
Our table shared a Morrocan Experience and it was delicious.
Drinks list is not extensive but offers quality local wine and beer
Staff were very welcoming, it was like being in their home.
Definite try!
We ate too much and regret everything! Only because the food was so good, the owner, Med, was a legend and we can't wait to go back and support this small business in the heart of Adelaide's inner east. Small, bright and quaint with Moroccan lamps hanging across the ceiling, this cafe/shop is unassuming and delightful. The shop is to the back and is a restrained collection of authentic Moroccan wares, jewellery and lighting.
The Cafe is small but ample tables fill the space. I felt quite a distance away from the wife across the table - but the space was eventually filled with spiced haloumi and chickpea salad, chicken and preserved lemon tagine, lamb and prune tagine and a serve of couscous (see photos). The wine and beer offering is minimal but the star here is the food. Rich in Moroccan spice but perfectly balanced and poised. Highly recommended for a treat for couples and small groups. We finished off with the lemon cheesecake and mint tea poured the traditional way (you'll have to go to find out). Excellent hospitality topped it all off. Vibrant authentic Moroccan in Adelaide's inner east.
Really nice food, small menu but what they have is good. The staff are absoulety lovely as well, definitely going back
Amazing food! Friendly service and meal served in excellent time. One of our favorite eating places!
Came in just before closing and they accommodated us. Very friendly, delicious cake and coffee.
We ordered the chicken tagine n the lamb.both the dishes were superbly flavourful.would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for richly delicious food.the dessert was amazing too.chocolate mousse is a must try!
Delicious food and good price. Lacked a bit of atmosphere but overall nice food and friendly staff.
