Difficult to find caring doctors these days, but InHealth is certainly not short of great GP’s.

Well i always book my visit to my Doctor.so its been wonderful. But i know that all the reception desk people InHealth Medical are there to help.

Receptionists are very helpful and patient. Have seen a few doctors in this practice and they were all accommodating and will take the time to hear your condition and explain prescribed medication. Very thorough.

Sometimes there is a wait but that is expected since some patients have more concerns than others. More importantly as a patient you don’t feel rushed being seen just because there are other patients booked in.

I also love their referral system where, as soon as you are referred for scans or labs, it already connects straight to the services and you get a call from them to book. Also love the online booking and cancellation app.

I recently visited InHealth clinic for a routine check-up and was extremely impressed with my experience. From start to finish, every aspect of the clinic exceeded my expectations.

Firstly, the staff at the clinic were friendly and welcoming, and I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. They were very efficient and professional, and I was seen by the doctor within just a few minutes of arriving.

The doctor himself was excellent - he was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. He also explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which was greatly appreciated. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their wellbeing.

The clinic itself was very clean and modern, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art, which gave me added confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.

Overall, I would highly recommend InHealth clinic to anyone looking for a top-notch healthcare experience. The staff were fantastic, the doctor was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. I left feeling confident that I had received the best possible care, and I will definitely be returning for any future healthcare needs.

Some changes are not always for the better. What was once a lovely clinic with 'old style' care and concern, from the Dr to reception staff, has now become impersonal and cold in the new clinic. There is a high turnover of reception staff.

Dr Tabaranza educated me about my current medical issues. He provided thorough assessment and evaluation procedures. Also, he gave me the best and updated treatment options.

If we can see our GP at a different clinic, we won’t be coming back here at all. We pay private billing and its not worth the treatment we get. My family never had a good experience here with the reception staff. They are always very dismissive, passive aggressive and rude. Especially the older brunette Australian woman with glasses, I believe her name is Trish. Spoke to her on the phone as well, for inquiry about my husband’s consultation, and of course, she was rude and didn’t even let me finish talking. I don’t know why they are always so rude, the moment we go through the front door, what we get is attitude. Might as well change GP’s. We dread coming here when we have an appointment because of this experience. Treat all your patients the same, is my word of advice.

I had a tele consult today. My first time. It went very well. I'm going to do that in future when practicle. Very pleased.

Very disappointed…. Reception staff are really welcoming however doctor experience not so much. I was told to have a blood test for a quite an important medical issue was told the doctor would call me that afternoon. This was 2 weeks ago… I have since had emergency surgery for the issue and an additional 3 blood tests with no call or follow up with the first results from the Dr. Doubt they even know I had surgery even though they have been sent a copy of everything. Very disappointing….

This practice is fantastic. The reception staff are great and very friendly. The nurse Tanya Tran is amazing and very helpful. My Dr- Dr Robin is so thorough, friendly and informative.

Quick and easy booking, doctors are always so friendly, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer than usual. You can get your bloods done here as well as there is a pathology unit in the same building.

Very pretty clinic and friendly reception staff but the doctor will leave you waiting for about 25 mins minimum even if you’re the first patient of the day.

I've an appointment at 10: 00 and arrived at 9: 50. At 10: 30, I asked the front desk staff how long more do I need to wait. I was told she have no idea and can't disturb the Doctor.

Friendly staff in a lovely facility on the first floor of the building, accessable by lift, next to the stairs.
