Been coming to this butcher's for many years now and not once I had any issues with the quality of meats I have purchased from here

As the staff always greets me when I stop by and buy something

As the chicken schnitzels are delicious and great size of them too

The local butcher always beats the supermarket for quality and service.
This place is proof.
Quality meats and friendly service.
After something you can't see in the display, just ask.
They always do their best to give you what you want.

I bought 2 scotch fillet on Sunday around 4ish and one looks rotten. My instincts given how I saw it being wrapped told me to ask to see the second but I ignored it. Now my scotch fillet has gone to the bin and it pains me! This economy is too harsh to throw meat away! Advice to these people if they care; If you have unsold stocks donate to the many charity org we have around to avoid waiting until they are in such a rotten condition and blindside customers, it’s greed and utterly not Australian!

This is not the first time this has happened but lesson learned if I ever go back! Very disappointing and honestly rude! Sometimes I’ve had to ask even for the meat to be put in a bag, they hand you the meat over the counter, packaged in just the plastic bag, like really ‍️ you would think it’s basic common customer service. I have over the notch customer care service qualifications and experience to know when is lacking.

Staff are always great, meat even better. Top 3 favourites: lamb+bacon meatloaf, chicken Mignon and chicken mini roast.

The best sausages ever. All meat very high quality. Helpful and friendly staff. Keep it up guys and girls.
