Ingle Farm Family Practice reviews
12People behind the desk need to learn some manners. Honestly it's not that hard. I serve customers everyday with a welcoming attitude. Specifically Jodi, really disappointing. Won't be coming back here anytime soon ️
Jodi at the front desk is the most rude and unprofessional front desk host i have ever experienced in my life! Absolute disgrace how she treats patients! Otherwise a great health care clinic. I felt verbally attacked, she was unhelpful i was absolutely offended. I have been going to this clinic for 27 years and this is the worst experience ever. The MD's here, however are great.
Discriminate against unvaccinated. I saw a man walk in with a dog yet an unvaccinated person cannot. Terrible to see this behaviour in Australia.
The surgery is well designed, clean and tidy and easy to access. The Staff behind the counter are lovely and helpful. The Doctors are very approachable and up to date with their knowledge. Have been a patient for at least 25 years.
Once was a good practice, now you have to wait days to get an appointment just to get a repeat script waiting over an 2hrs just for a 1 min phone consult to get a script. 4;15pm appointment and its now 6;30pm and the place is closed, this is how they treat patients whove been going there for 10yrs, disgusting! When you make any complaint the staff on the phone dont care and brush you off in a complete unprofessional manner like im some POS for complaining.any other service would have folded long ago but because they're a doctors practice they can do whatever they like
This was once a terrific practice but since the move from Roopena Street its falling away rapidly. I've been coming here for 25 years and am finally having to look elsewhere. The practitioners are under strain with the seemingly large increase in clients now. The administration staff are very occasionally rude but frequently 'short' and I feel like I'm starting from first principles each time I visit my own doctor now who is no longer on top of my case. This is not to say the GPs aren't caring, it just feels like significant 'growing pains'. Can't recommend at present.
Waited 1 hr 45 mins, explained I need to pick my child up from school (they legit didn't care told me I'm next just wait pretty much) Could see people going in before me saying their appointment times at 2 and 230, mine was at 1.
Left without being seen. Probably going to be late to pick my kid up from school. Thanks guys!
Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.
This practice was once good, now it's jam packed with every man, woman, child, dog and chicken wanting to see a doctor, no available appointments for days, upon entry it looks like a third world clinic, don't bother.go elsewhere I am after 5 years, the place is a waste of time, they won't fix ya.
Really love the way these doctors followed up my health issues well after my appointment. They really care!
The BEST doctors I've ever met. They really care and always follow up. My entire family comes here now.
The staff at Ingle Farm were absolutely lovely. I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the staff were very helpful in answering my questions. We have seen a few doctors at the surgery now and they are very knowledgeable and understanding. A very well run and organised surgery:)
I was quite offended by the staff behind the desk. I was on my phone, unaware of the no phone policy the surgery have in place. I was simply delivering something for my mother. I had noticed the staff member didn't serve me, assuming that she was busy, I just continued with my call.there was no visible sign up and I know that my mother has called me from her phone while waiting there with out any issue. I was holding the bag with the jar visible in my hand, several minutes later the other staff member came back out to ask me to leave because they are a no phone surgery. I immediately ended my call, then asked if I can give her my delivery.she still no more politely told me that she doesn't take those and that I am to get a number.
I want suggest that manners cost you nothing.if your policy is so strict, then perhaps a sign, people understand the importance of policy and i would never have used my phone if knew. I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone. As the reaction I received, I most definitely was offended.
