Inflatable World Salisbury

Kids love it. Just need to watch littles with the bigger kids as it can get rough in there. Attended a birthday party and place was busy.

We had our lads 4th birthday here.
Easy process, extremely fun place, reasonably priced and excellent option for a party

Great place for kids to burn some energy and have a good bounce! Not enough room when there's birthday parties, there should be a designated party area as parents are left standing in the way of kids and other adults.

Our daughter had her party here today and we couldn't fault the entire experience!
The communication leading up to the event was outstanding. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The party tables were set up in a great location too so you could view everything and the kids had an absolute ball.
We can't wait to come back!

A great fun place, the whole space is now used with inflatables. Last time we went it was divided so that each group had its own space so supervision of the kids was so much easier, particularly with the under 4s. It seemed that lots of people didn't read the supervision requested by the entrance to the play area. Great that each group could self cater, a lot of work but worth it.

This place is mad. Took a little bit of time for my little one to get confident but once he was was having the best time. Great big sleep on the way home. Staff were nice as well

I always have fun when I come here. Would be great if they could find a way to incorporate some more challenging stations for the grown ups. Inflatable parkour anyone?

A big inflatable playground. Various bouncing castles. The children love it here. Suitable for children of all ages. The staff is patrolling the venues responsibly all the time. There are plenty of rest seats for adults to wait for the children. After playing for two hours, the kids said they looked forward to coming here again.

Absolutely a massive improvement in regards to the play area and seating. A bit disappointed in the coffee machine, it tasted fake.

This is the most poorly organized, over priced place I’ve ever taken my kids to. Was charged $17 for my under 5yo because they need a “playing adult”, even though I’m not playing or using the equipment, I’m just supervising from the side of the equipment. They also have an option in their pricing “under 5’s $10” - not sure why that even exists if all under 5’s need a “playing adult”? Questioned it & was just given ridiculous excuses by the a$$hole at the counter.
The place has way more people in here than there should be, it’s standing room only for non equipment users. There’d be easily 200 people in here right now. Signs saying “no running” but staff couldn’t care less if you do. I haven’t seen a single staff member patrolling/monitoring the equipment area in the 40 minutes we’ve been here.
And to the owners/staff, don’t bother replying trying to justify anything I’ve mentioned here. If your online info was accurate or made sense & the guy I spoke to about it wasn’t so rude & surly & even maybe offered an apology for the misunderstanding I probably would have let it go & not written a review at all. You need an attitude check & I stand by my comments here & to you at the time. Can’t wait to spread the word & I hope your business fails miserably.

Great entertainment for younger kids with only let downs being not very well signed for locating and the food menu being limited to very basic party items however it's more of an annoyance for parents wanting something other than chips or nuggets.

Loved it thought it was amazing also the pottery place next to it was great too, very interactive for my kids

Lots of equipment, clean & nice staff. Haven’t tried the food but it looks good! Could do with more public seating as it’s quite busy with party bookings not a lot of benches. Definitely Recommend for family fun!

It is good, but DO NOT wear anything besides pants, because if you go down a slide your knees will be burnt to a crisp.

Absolutely the best fun place, to have a Birthday Party! Everything was beautifully set up, well organised, and with friendly engaging Staff, who made our party perfect! All the children were happy and excited but most of all, they had the freedom to enjoy something which none of them had ever done before! It is a great place for all ages!

Great birthday party location. 2 hours is penalty of time for playing and cake. Can take your own food which is great. Staff very friendly

Not for the feint hearted
The actual play area is great fun for kids with inflatable mountains, climbing, etc. Adults can play too.
Downsides; not enough staff. The BLUE shirts indicate staff and I barely saw any in the play area so if kids get hurt they find their own way out. Staff told us to 'check out the safety information video' but no one monitored this. Because it is in an old space, facilities are dated. No food to buy hot as a spectator, birthday parties have hot food served however. Now, the worst part about this set up is the unsupervised areas where kids can be with adult strangers unless you follow them around the whole time this is a real danger. Be vigilant!

Definitely suggest for kids and their parents.
Staff were nice and friendly. You can have birthday party and bring your own food or order from them. They don't have a birthday party room but you can decorate table and wall behind the table depends where it's.

I had my daughters 1st birthday at Inflatable World Salisbury and it was absolutely amazing. Such an easy booking process, set up was perfect & the staff were brilliant and very accommodating to my needs. It made it so much easier having it here rather then my own home. Tempting to have my daughters 2nd party here too!?
