An incredible variety of things to entertain children and big kids at heart.
Great place to host parties and reasonably priced.

Huge place, many playing areas for kids from different ages. Very busy on weekends. It could be cleaner though. It was good overall.

Youngest loved it for a birthday party, although not that well set up for it. Parking was difficult and not that easy to find

Kids always have a great time, however the number of places inside that can be classed as a kids party room is really pushing the limits

Currently refusing to respond to emails or refund our party deposit. Absolutely wouldn’t deal with again.

Kids love it, lots of different areas for different age levels and skills. Have some new things to try also.

Way too many children on the equipment. Very limited staff supervision. I saw a young staff member walk right by a child who was stuck and calling for help - by the time i went to help this child, they were in tears.
Horrible I would never let my kids play here.

Kids love it. Been here for many parties and the kids always leave exhausted. I like that they change the inflatables every now and again to mix it up.
It's always a winner on a rainy day as well

Great place to take the kids, staff are really great and they don't let the place get over crowded. Really good place to let the kids run free. Not bad coffee too

Great place to let the kids expend some energy, have recently added a couple new inflatables for the kids to tackle

Absolutely fantastic, the kids had an absolute BLAST
The staff were very helpful and friendly, no complaints at all

Usually loved this place but recently, prices have gone up and the staff care unfortunately has gone down, multiple incidents of older kids hurting young ones and no restriction on the under 5 play area as it was full of teens throwing balls at each other, asked staff to removed older kids from under 5 areas and got no help.

Sad it was one of my favourite places.

Good place for kids but with covid, kindly stock papertowels in your toilets, we are teaching children to wash their hands but it gets hard when there is nothing to dry with and the drier does not work

The kids had an absolute ball, not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Only negative is the stuffy heat, I'd hate to think how horrible it would be there on an actual hot and muggy day!

Great for children.stairs made impossible for elderly to go upstai to enjoy watching grandkids from above. So they felt isolated.

Absolutely love this place! It's priced well, totally affordable! The kids come out of there, head full of sweat and cheeks a brighter red than the ripest tomatoes! It's a whole lot of fun!

Great place for the kids. Only thing is the party table is only for 1 and a half and with 3 sets of parties all in 1 room.we all singing happy birthday after each one was abit annoying and crowded. Plus given 6mins to clean the table and go down stairs.

The two unger kids enjoyed it, but all 6 kids we took complained about the close-to-unbearable stench of B. O.lingering on the equipment.
