Food was delightful, was so fresh and tasted amazing. The doughnut balls were fresh and super hot. Service was great and the service was fast.

This is not even a business, it’s inside a different business. If you’re lucky enough to go in at a time they’re serving the ‘indulge’ menu it’s just a cheap rip off of the actual dessert cafe next door.super strange.

Food is always 10/10 and the staff make the experience that much better. We love that the staff recognise us and appreciate our business. Recently we had a birthday dinner and the staff were incredible, food amazing and the people we took with us cannot stop raving about the food. This was their first visit and they will definitely be back.

A nice little dessert place that is also a little cafe too.

Price is alright. Foods decent and average. Very chilled spot. Staff is nice. Standard. Clean.

Wrong closing times said was open till 9 went in at 8 closed, wasted fuel for nothing not happy couldve eaten whipped cream off my belly at home

I had the best experience at Indulge Mawson Lakes! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, even though I came in 10 minutes before the closing time I was served with a friendly manner which was super encouraging, and I left feeling that my day was made better after the beautiful service here. The fresh juice was absolutely amazing, I will definitely be returning here. Thank you, Indulge staff at Mawson Lakes?

Used to make beautiful coffee-Belgium mocha worth the money even if it was expensive but last few times, we are really disappointed, very long waiting period plus staff are not doing the right order and coffee went down hill with temperature/taste. Even after telling staff about the problem- still nothing changed, we don't go to this place anymore

Half of the cappuccino is foam. Taste not good at all, foods are soso. Quite disappointed for the coffee.

Fathers Day at Indulge was fantastic. Not normally a sweets guy but this place has great savoury food as well. Service was quick and well delivered by happy team members. Would have posted a picture but the family ate it to quickly. Thanks I team!

Came here tonight for dessert, which was good but didn’t appreciate waiting and not being acknowledged by the workers who were having chit chat amongst themselves. Good dessert but poor customer service.

Got served by Jaz tonight. We ordered 5 hot chocolates. There was a slight hiccup with a miscommunication with other customers taking our order but Jaz was great she was really apologetic. Very fast to get the order remade. Again was a small mistake of one being made milk when it was meant to be white. Again fast response and was really disappointed in herself for the mistakes that were out of her control as she was just the one to took our order. Very good customer service. It's a dying art these days but we'll done Jaz!

One thing I hate when you buy a coffee, is when you get a cup/mug with a small handle that you can only get one finger in, fortunately they have decent size handles on their cups/mugs. The staff were nice coffee was nice and so was the food. Can easily recommend it.

Professional staff, delicious deserts. Hot coffee is a wonderful blend. Even though we attended near closing they was still accommodating and friendly (we did get T/A and stayed for the little bit the shop was open for.

I go here quite regularly. They have really good desserts and quite good coffee as well. The staff are always lovely.

Indulge has been a local for me for the last 5 years. At the start their Belgian hot chocolates was amazing - the chocolate just melted in your mouth and it was made with love. However, for the last 2 years it just hasn’t tasted the same. I must say there’s one guy there who doesn’t make it with love and rushes very quickly! He makes it with less melted chocolate and it just tastes like plain milk! Every time I’ve been in the last 2 years, unfortunately I’ve had bad luck with him serving me, so ever since I have not been. It’s a shame one person can make your day very unsatisfying.
