Ind'O'Mex McLaren Vale

Ordered enchiladas.got burritos with a smidge of cheese on top. Enchiladas are meant to be oven baked, not fresh tortilla! $20 for an average burrito is quite a lot. Food was quite bland across the board - curry had no flavour.
Beer and service were great!

Delicious meal. The smell of the food cooking in the kitchen was incredible.staff was very friendly, great service, good atmosphere, reasonable pricing, Will go back next time. Highly recommended.

YES, THE CAPITALS ARE NECESSARY. THIS PLACE IS THE DUCK'S NUTS. THE STAFF ARE AFFABLE AND THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KORMA LAMB AND THE CHICKEN AND BLACK PEPPER CHIMICHANGA

We have been to Indomex many times since they opened and fully supported them, however after 12 months away things seemed to have changed! We have ordered two takeaway's both of which have been barely warm once home and we only live a couple of minutes away. The dishes on the menu are not the same as they were and sadly we won't be back!

Had the Indian banquet for two.amazing food and service. I'm glad I came here for dinner and would definitely come back again. Reasonably priced and great friendly staff.

From the first sip of the Mango Lassi I felt an overwhelming sensation of pleasure that started from my taste buds then emanated to a whole body experience. Tingles and shocks of hard hitting flavours befell upon me. Fruity. Sweet. Tangy. Creamy. I was welling up with tears. Never before had I experienced such an overwhelming sense of joy from a beverage. The food was excellent as well and all reasonably priced.

Sounded like a great idea, atmosphere was good and staff friendly. Very difficult to choose which cuisine to go for, so went with Mexican (nachos). Very average. Lettuce was a brown on the edges, meat dry and generally underwhelming. I can't speak for the Indian food though.

The food was very tasty, we had the goat and paneer curry, however not satisfied by the staff we had got served by, she came of as very rude and arrogant, for no reason which was the only bad experience with this restaurant.

Just letting you know I have never written a review before but for this situation I felt as I needed to let you know. Yes I am aware of the situation on what took place. However this has no excuse on bad customer service. I am just pin pointing the one staff member that was rude, there was another staff member that had served us where he was very nice towards us. I am just trying to help you out by giving you valuable feedback. From the response it shown that you are taking offence instead of owning up to the situation which took place. Yes you have the right to say no to us for ordering the food, but don’t have the right to be rude towards customers.

Friday night with a large group. Staff friendly and quick service with drinks. Meals on each table came out together, food service was also quick.

We ordered enchiladas, jalapeno poppers and three amigo fries.very flavourful and they are big portions.staff are friendly and service was quick.thank you!

Food quality and service is good (Vegetarian). Avoid busy periods, though.
Nice ambience with a decent menu of Indian and Mexican food. Entrées were pretty good.

Worth the travel from Adelaide.

Went on a Thursday night in Mclaren Vale

Service was good

We had be warned prior not to try mexican food, but that was fine as we wanted Indian.

Food was good, portion size was great.

Down side was 1 piece of my beef was gristle and not somthing I wanted to experience biting into.
3 out of 5 of us found a black hair in our food, I noted the cook had a big black beard. Really should have a beard net on. As i was looking at him he used his phone then went back to cooking.
This are all basic kitchen etiquette and imakes the difference between 3 and 5 stars.

Music and atmosphere was all Indian it is hard to picture eating mexican there.

Lovely staff and great food. Very accommodating for our party of 16 and happy to help with our birthday cake. Will definately be visiting again.

We had a birthday party there and the staff were really nice. They were hyping up the birthday party and made it a better day/party.

The food is below average, we came for a Saturday lunch, it was all empty and one of the chicken tikka curry was off taste, seemed like the ingredients were stale. The butter chicken could be better. I don’t think I will be visiting again, food quality is important in terms of customer health. They should keep this in mind.

My partner and I went here last night but I wasn't overly impressed with the food or the service. I had a vegan potato and cauliflower curry but the flavour was lacklustre and was very underwhelming. My partner had a butter chicken Curry, which he thought was OK but nothing special. When we were ordering I did ask the waitress about the difference between the two vegan potato curries on the menu, however she couldn't really explain the difference in the curries, which I was quite disappointed with. Overall the experience was OK but I doubt we'd go back in a hurry.

Great staff and delicious taste. Had a birthday party celebration here as they have a good dedicated space in the back for a small group party with stage. Service was a bit slow though probably because it was really busy on a Saturday night.

Really disappointed. I made an online order through their website and received the confirmation email but when I turned up to get the food at the time stated in the email, they didn't even have the order. I didn't have the time to wait for them to start all over again so I left. I'm just grateful the online ordering system doesn't demand payment when you order.

Edit after owner reply: I agree that reviews make an impact however your food is not the only part of your business - your service is also a valuable asset. If a customer is dissatisfied with service, it's fair that this influences their review of your business.
