INDIAN PLAZA Glynburn reviews
22Check expiry date and price before buy. They sell expired items and prices are not what marked on shelves. They dont care even if we complained.
Good place to purchase Indian groceries. This place has almost all the Indian items. We can get all kinds of curry masalas, Indian snacks and rice varieties as well. Good place to go!
Traditional Indian decoration, Puja Stuff, and fresh flowers specially Marigold flowers too much over priced… $18 for 18 merigold flowers
Wow amazing guys! And same things available in $7 at most of other the Indian grocery store.
No commitments regarding the Indian product he selling. Found defected frozen product and arrogant with customers regarding complaint.
I really like this Indian Shop, compare to other shops in the area. I got my curries spices from this shop which is already mixed up together and they are dry not wet sauces like from supermarket. The mixed spices from this shop made my food tastes delicious, sometimes tasted better from some Indian takeaway from uber eats. Good pricing too, if you buy bulk size food.
Having visited this market many times here is my review.
Positives:
1. A real plus to have genuine Indian products.
2. Fairly well stocked.
3. Nice variety of products though not exhaustive.
4. Easy parking nearby.
5. Stocks products some others do not.
Negatives:
1. Staff are NOT very friendly.
2. Staff appear visually miserable which is not very welcoming.
3. At times items are past their 'use by' or 'best before' dates. Always check before buying.
Mostly well stocked but I would urge everyone to check their bills. Twice now I’ve been charged for extra items that I didn’t buy.
The store is small but fairly clean. I would love to see a bigger store with much more options. It is too crammed in.
Indian Grocery. Have most of the standard Indian stuff. There is an Indian street food van in front of the shop. I would recommend that to any lover of north Indian street food.
I was into some 2 more Indian stores before. But Indian plaza has everything we need nd the owner knows where the particular product is hiding. Very organized and price also reasonable. One stop for all Indian grocery needs.
Small store compared to the bigger one on Main North Road, but we'll stocked with most of the items.
This is a nice small Indian supermarket that has a good range of spices, condiments, frozen goods, snacks and other Indian products. The staff were nice and helped me find some spices and other things I was looking for
Trust me, prices are very higher than other store I bought 1 product $ 6.90 and other store same product was $4.99. Amazing thanks
I am giving them 1 star as there is nothing less than that. There is no variety of products, the pricing is high and top of all very very bad customer service. They talk to people as if they are doing some favor or charity. Should learn some phone manners too.
Great staff and good customer service. I find every ietms at this store. He always ask that I found everything what I was looking for.
I prefer going to their main store (Indian Plaza in Enfield or Indian Traders on ANZAC highway) as they are managed much better and professionally. Also the owner does not operate from this store so the service can be very basic and that too without a smile. Use this store only if you have to. Their other 2 stores are much much better and the staff there are always welcoming you with a smile and guiding you correctly. This store they charge you higher and it can vary from person to person too. However I must say that there is on person who manages the show on weekdays who is friendly and good to deal with.
It is unfortunate that every time I visit this store, something is out of stock or prices are not available. Customer service could also be improved significantly.
At last! A place to go to get all the ingredients one needs for Asian/Indian food, WITHOUT having to battle the crowds in the Central Market. Extensive range and has a lovely selection of fresh veggies too.
Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. The check out gentleman is least interested to help customers with their queries. Most of the time he is busy on the phone and replies in disinterested manner. He doesn't go around to show you the Product. In one instance he sat in the front aisle, gazing his phone and didnt even bother to move while I kept struggling to have a look at the products on his back. He does not say thank you or sorry or smile.
