Good place to get more South Indian products. Prices are heavy and not that great customer services, blaming the customer for choosing the product.
I brought some snacks from the shop after having one I felt something was not right and I check the expiry date. I noticed that it was expired 3 months ago and I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter who told me that I took the wrong product and it my fault.
He asked me to purchase some else as he cannot refund me. I said I do not want a anything else and want a refund. After standing on my decision he did issued me a refund.
But the thing is that, you cannot sell expired products on your shop shelfs as per government health regulations. Please make a note of this and ensure that you clear all the products that are expired. I have requested the same at the check out person and I should be raising a report with Food safety for my concern.
Please have a good look at the expiry date before purchasing the product!
