Independent Living Centre reviews
8 A lot of their equipment is out dated. When I went to buy it at the locations indicated I was told it was out dated. They no longer sell that type.
What's the use of spending 1 1/2 hours looking and trying out stuff if it's out dated. Not happy.
Sold me my first electric wheelchair. Would of been nice if they did home visits back in the day! Ohh! I was soo much younger then, where have the years gone! It was back when manners were a "thing! " IYKWIM!
I went there thinking they sold mobility items, but they only lease. The staff were very helpful.
Staff very helpful, display was excellent & their approach to visitors/clients was excellent overall a pleasure to go there & find really good support.
Excellent service, assisted a family member in many helpful ways. Who would have thought you could buy a mobile phone with extra big keys for the sight impaired? Amazing, kind and understanding xx
The Independent Living Centre is a wonderful resource for anyone with a disability and those who care for them. The staff are well trained and very helpful; they are able to give professional advice on a range of gadgets and equipment that make life easier. And best of all, it's free!
Excellent Service, polite and helpful. They have a large range of equipment on display. Note that the equipment is display models only and they provide you with the company details of where to purchase the products
Awesome place to find some amazing contraptions! Staff are really helpful and friendly! Only issue is that they don't actually sell the equipment on site and the items are often quite expensive despite being fairly easy to make
