Imperial Spices Uyghur (Halal) Cuisine reviews
11It was the worst experience we ever had. Only 12 people in there when we walked in we ordered our meals it took 50 minutes for mine to come out thay did not bring my wife's out we had to ask them were it was thay said 5 minutes then I had go to counter and asked were it was it came out 40 minutes after mine buy that time mine was stone cold. When we ordered we had to point to what we were ordering.new owner not good we had been going there for 20 odd years will not be going back
Delicious food, lamb skewers were best.
Took ages for chow mein to be served on the table.
Their Laksa Soup is a must-have! Good place for soups and starters. Drums of heaven and Lamb Chops are also amazing!
Cozy family run restaurant with fantastic food. Everything is made fresh and we love coming here
I went first time to this place. The place was closing down so I had to do takeaway. The fried rice that I ordered was the best in Adelaide. I will definitely go there again. I think this is an underrated restaurant. I have heard about long wait times. Probably, this is because of the huge number of takeaways that delay the dine-in service. The restaurant staff are friendly and prepares delicious food. They served me the takeaway parcel within 15 minutes.
Awesome food.
Tried takeaway once and we were worried about not tasting as good as straight off the grill. Nope, tastes awesome still.
The food is very authentic and delicious.restaurant appears to be owned and run by a family. They were short staffed on a busy night when we visited but overall happy to come again.
I wanted to go somewhere local that our family hadn't eaten at before and I stumbled across this little gem, I didn't even know it was here. It's a family owned & run business. I like for my family to experience a culturally diverse range of foods. The food was really unbelievable, we were all very very happy with the quality & quantity of the food we ordered. The owners were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be going there again, to try other meals on the menu.
Dinner itself is very nice. Problem is taking TOO long. There were 5-6 tables of different group of people including us. It is such an amusement for me and my friend to watch every table’s expression and reaction when waiting. For example, for us, when in and order immediately at 6: 30, got our first dish at 7: 15 and last dish at 8: 15. One table, came in right after us has to share bread with each other among 4 people for almost one hour before they receive their actual meal. It is just so funny, I am not even angry or irritated now.
Do yourself a favour and come check this place out. The best Uyghur restaurant I've been to yet! The food is undeniably authentic and makes your taste buds dance. The staff are also lovely which is always a bonus.
