One of the best country supermarkets I've been to. I can see stock is rotated and the place is cleaned often. They have all the staples and lots of tasty extras. Friendly staff, and good prices, especially considering the distance and fuel prices.

Why is it closed. Monday 4th October? 5: 15 p.m.
The sign says open until 6: 30.
Is it because of a pubkic holiday?

Great shop! A good place to stop and buy your supply as you go to explore the Flinders Ranges. Very strategic to at the center of town walking distance to all the cafes.

Don't leave Quorn without indulging in Quornish Pasties from the IGA. Great shop, lovely staff. A true Aussie outpost.

IGA is normally a sacred, iconic country supermarket; for Quorn, not the case. Firstly, they're situated in a town sharing its name with a vegetable. Secondly, their specials were hardly specials. Thirdly, there wasn't a communal trampoline inside #sad #wouldbecool

This is a great, smallish supermarket/grocer's, it doesn't have as big a range as the bigger centre supermarket's but it does have very comparable prices. It has in-house making of pies, pasties, pizza wraps etc and very, very, friendly & courteous staff. When we first shopped there they brought our shopping to our car as I had just had eye surgery and was near blind.
We ordered the catering/festive supplies there for our wedding/reception and they do orders of shopping for special events eg the family Christmas shopping or the weekly shopping for the elderly or disabled. I know they it has one day a week where extra discounts are applied for aged pensioners although I haven't the foggiest idea of which day of the week it is. It is open into the early evening 6 days a week and late Sunday afternoon.
